Over the next few weeks, Jason bided his time. He played the part of the obedient slave perfectly, earning Saint Charlos' trust. He was given more responsibilities, allowed greater freedoms—all while plotting his escape and Saint Charlos' demise.
Boa Hancock was a cautious girl, she had been a slave for most of her life and had seen many men come and go. She didn't trust easily, especially not men who showed sudden interest in her. Jason's attempts to befriend her were met with cold looks and silence. She avoided him whenever possible.
Jason didn't let her cold shoulder him stop him. He was patient and persistent, knowing that he needed her help if he wanted to escape. He continued to treat her with kindness and respect, even when she was rude to him.
Eventually, Boa began to notice something different about Jason. Unlike most of the other slaves, he didn't look at her with lust or pity. He looked at her like she was a person. One day, when they were both assigned to clean the gardens, she finally spoke to him.
"Why do you keep trying?" she asked coldly, not looking up from her work.
"Because I could tell you need a friend and you're worried about your two sisters,Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold."
Boa's hands froze for a moment at the mention of her sisters. She looked up at Jason, surprise and vulnerability flashing in her eyes before she quickly masked them. "What do you know about my sisters?" she demanded softly, her defensive walls rising instantly. "Don't you dare say their names again."
"OK, I know they're safe for now anyways because of how close I am to the dragons, I hear them talking and sometimes they mention your sisters, and they said they fed them devil fruits."
Boa's breath hitched slightly at his words. She knew he was telling the truth—her sisters had indeed been fed Devil Fruits by the Celestial Dragons as part of their twisted experiments. She looked away quickly to hide the tears that suddenly welled up in her eyes. "Why should I trust you?"
"I have no reason to lie."
Boa watched him closely. He was telling the truth—she could see that much. He had no reason to lie about her sisters. She slowly lowered her guard, asking softly, "How are they? Really?" She bit her lip, waiting for his answer. "You said they're safe, right?"
"yes, they are safe. I just know that much."
Boa felt a weight lift off her chest. She had been so worried about her sisters, always fearing the worst. To hear that they were safe... it meant everything to her. She looked at Jason with new eyes, gratefulness in her voice. "Thank you," she whispered softly.
He stepped closer to whisper in her ear. " I've been working on an escape plan, but I need extensive knowledge of the palace I've heard you've been here for four years, so can you help me get in return I can help you get your sisters" He whispered
Boa's eyes widened in shock as Jason whispered his plan. She had indeed been in the palace for four years, and she knew every secret passageway, every guard rotation, and every weak spot. She could help him escape... but she wanted something in return. "You'd really help me get my sisters out?"
"Yes."A small, genuine smile spread across Boa's face—something Jason hadn't seen before. She nodded determinedly. "Okay. I'll help you escape... but only if you promise to get my sisters out too. And no funny business, or I'll slit your throat in your sleep."
"OK."
Boa spent the next few days quietly teaching Jason everything he needed to know about the palace's layout. She showed him secret passages, hidden rooms, and even how to bypass certain security measures. In return, Jason assured her that he would personally ensure her sisters' safety once they escaped.
later at midnight.
The moon hung high in the sky as Jason lay in his cell, his wrists testing the chains. They had been loosened over time—from his cooperation, or so Saint Charlos thought. In reality, Jason had been slowly wearing them down every night. Tonight was the night.
He heard footsteps approaching—Boa had given him the signal. She would be waiting near the east gate. The sudden activation of One For All caused a brief, intense burst of lightning-like energy around Jason. It was powerful enough to snap his chains instantly without making a loud clanging noise. He carefully placed the broken shackles on the ground, ensuring minimal sound. His body was now free and uncollared.
Boa was indeed waiting by the east gate, her small frame hidden in the shadows. She had managed to disable the guards nearby without making a sound. As Jason approached, she signaled him to follow her silently. They moved through the palace like ghosts, using the secret passages Boa had shown him.
They navigated the dark corridors, avoiding guard rotations Boa had memorized. Every few minutes, they had to freeze in place—a guard patrol passed by. Jason could hear their voices, laughing, completely unaware of the two escapees moving through the shadows. Boa led him through a narrow servant's passage that opened up near the eastern garden. From there, the main gate was visible.
Boa had calculated the guards' movements perfectly. The eastern gate was weakly protected—a single guard sat at his desk, snoozing while the others patrolled the outer walls. This was their only chance. She glanced at Jason, a fierce determination in her eyes. "The guards pass this way every twelve minutes. Once you get past that desk, you're free."
"Once I get out, I'm going to need a ship. I'll probably find one and then I'll come back and get you and your sisters I promise."
Boa's heart raced as she watched Jason prepare to make his escape. She knew once he was out, he'd have a fighting chance. "I'm holding you to that promise," she whispered fiercely. "Get a ship and come back for us. My sisters..."
"I promise." He exited making his way through the city to eventually reach the cliff going down to the water seeing a few boats patrolling he decided to climb down it
The cliff face was rugged and treacherous, but Jason's determination kept him moving downward. He climbed silently, his hands finding holds in the rock. Below him, the sea patrolled boats with armed guards—but none looked up at the cliff face. Jason moved like a shadow, Finally reaching the bottom.
"trying to escape and find a ship to help my friends."
Fisher Tiger's grin widened, revealing sharp teeth. "Running from something or someone?" He didn't seem hostile, more amused. Jason nodded cautiously. The Fish-Man laughed heartily, his massive chest shaking. "Well, you're in luck, little human. I've got a ship and I'm here to free the slaves."
"Then maybe we can help each other. You're here for the other fisherman held captive, right?"
Fisher Tiger's eyes narrowed, his expression turning serious. "You know about the captive Fish-Men?" He released Jason's leg but remained close, his massive form blocking the moonlight. "Aye, I'm here to free my brethren from Saint Charlos' clutches."
"All right, how about this? You help me for my friends and I hope you free your people I'm Jason by the way."
Fisher Tiger considered Jason's proposal, his thick beard twitching as he thought. After a moment, he grinned widely and clapped Jason on the back—hard enough to make the human stumble forward. "Deal! I'll help you and your friends, and in return, you help us Fish-Men escape."
"OK, then let's start climbing."
Fisher Tiger nodded and began to climb the cliff face with incredible agility despite his massive size. His strong arms pulled him up effortlessly while Jason followed behind, struggling to keep up. As they neared the top, Fisher Tiger suddenly stopped and signaled Jason to do the same. "Wait,"
He stopped looking down.Fisher Tiger pointed downwards, where the patrolling boats were still searching for escaped slaves. "Those guards down there are brutal. They won't hesitate to kill you or any of your friends if they catch you." He turned to face Jason, his expression serious. "How many friends are we talking about?"
" I need to get three people out."
Fisher Tiger's brow furrowed thoughtfully. "Four people in total, including you. That's manageable." He looked back down at the patrolling boats, then up at the palace looming above. "We'll need a distraction to get you all out safely. I've got an idea, but it's risky."
"I have a better idea why don't we just sneak All the way there then break in because the people I need to get are medium useful slaves and very good slaves, which are probably the fisherman are closer to the dragons."
Fisher Tiger's eyes widened slightly at Jason's suggestion. "You're right. The higher-value slaves, including the captured Fish-Men, are likely being kept near the dragons' den. That area is less guarded since it's assumed no one would dare approach the dragons." He grinned, showing his sharp teeth.
"OK then follow me. Once my friends are free We can quickly make our way towards where your fishermen are being held captive."
Fisher Tiger nodded, his massive frame moving silently as they climbed the final stretch of the cliff. "How do you know about the Fish-Men being held?" He asked curiously, his pink scales shimmering in the moonlight. "Most humans don't know about Saint Charlos' little collection." He paused at the top, scanning the palace grounds.
"I saw them a few times, sometimes being a slave has its advantages."
Fisher Tiger chuckled softly, understanding in his deep voice. "Aye, I suppose it does." He followed Jason as they moved stealthily through the palace grounds, sticking to the shadows. As they approached the area where the higher-value slaves were kept, Fisher Tiger's muscles tensed, ready for action. "Which cell are your friends in?"
"Follow me." he quickly made his way through finding boa, and her sisters all in the same cage
Fisher Tiger watched in surprise as Jason led him to a heavily guarded cage containing Boa Hancock and her sisters. The sisters were beautiful, even in their slave attire, with snakes coiled around their bodies. Boa herself was the most stunning, her golden eyes fixed on Jason as he approached. "Jason..."
He activated a black whip to strangle the guards Black whip, The whip snaked out, wrapping around the guards' necks before they could react. Black tendrils of energy constricted, cutting off their air and crushing their windpipes. Within seconds, they lay unconscious on the ground. Boa and her sisters stared in shock at the sudden display of power.
The cell door groaned and bent under Jason's immense strength before it finally snapped open. Boa stepped out first, her eyes never leaving Jason. "You... You came back for us." She whispered, disbelief coloring her voice. Her sisters followed suit, their snake bodies slithering behind them.
"I made you a promise didn't I?"
"Yes... You did." Boa's golden eyes softened briefly before hardening again as she looked around at the unconscious guards and broken cell door. She turned back to Jason, her voice steady. "Who's that?" She nodded towards Fisher Tiger who was standing silently behind Jason.
"he's a friend come on. We're going to free his people next." before he could leave slaves from the other cells called out, wanting to be freed as well
