Albur opened his eyes, he found himself lying in a room, completely dark, and very wide, only a light shone from above his head. He sat up, his head hurts a little.
"Uh, hello? Guys? "
He stood up, looking at the darkness.
"Mysty? Wilton? Johnson? Covie? "
He called everyone in his team, but he got no respond.
He looked around, and found a small television, sitting near him. Albur looked at it. He kneel down and took a closer look, it is nothing, but.....a typical television. But, suddenly, the television activated, statics begun to show. After a while, it cuts to a new report scene.
Albur was confused, this is a news reporter channel he had never seen before in his life.
"We interrupted this broadcast with an emergency information that needs to be told to all citizens."
The television started to make sounds.
"To every citizen, please, do not turn off your lights in your house or avoid entering dark areas."
Suddenly, sound crawling noises could be heard, Albur looked around him, a shiver ran down his spine.
"There is an unknown entity which appeared in the city, it is very dangerous and are highly aggressive towards human beings. For now, it is known to be indestructible and likes hunting in the dark."
The screen cuts to a very horrifying looking creature, with a large head, worm like body and frog like foot, have a big smiley face with two large soulless eyes. Albur got afraid, this broadcast wasn't anything but his greatest fear, analog horror.
The television then died, without any warning.
Albur panicked, he grabbed his rifle, aiming in the darkness.
Suddenly, the crawling noise was heard again, Albur looked behind him fearfully, it was it. The creature that broadcast was talking about. Standing outside that light shining on Albur, looking at Albur as it stares into his soul, smiling. And the worst part, it is not the only creature here, there's 3 more, roaming outside, all staring at Albur. Albur's heart jumped from his chest to his throat. He was very afraid, collapsing on the ground.
"No,no! No! No! No! Somebody! Help me! Mysty! Wilton! Someone! Anyone!"
But then, the light above Albur begun to flicker, like a damaged light bulb.
"NO! NONONONONO!!!! NO! Don't you die on me! DON'T YOU DIE ON ME!"
Ultimately, the light died. The creatures eyes glowed, smiling at Albur, slowly approaching to him.
Albir jumped and ran fast like a wind, sprinting as fast as he could. He was so terrified, his running speed is way faster than his previous speed. When he was running, he found more lights in front of him, he tried his best to race to them, but no matter how fast he got to them, they always die. The creatures aren't quick, but they are horrifying. Albur was only thinking about escaping. At first, he still have hope, he ran even faster, hoping to reach those lights, but after time pasted, he gave up hope. He collapsed on the ground, he have no will of fighting back, this is his greatest fear that rooted in him for 23 years.
What is it? Can take it anymore? Those are just fictional characters....and these already made you collapse. Such pathetic, weak little soul....a full grown man collapsing to some weird things, such huge disappointment...
A voice rang in Albur's head, he felt his heart aching. The creatures caught up on Albur, they stared at him, each of them looked oddly excited.
Too bad, only strong ones survive...
Albur reached out for his rifle, his hands are shaking very hard but he still shot one of the creatures, surprisingly, the bullet just killed the creature, turning it into piles of files.
"Wait what?" Albur looked at the remaining creatures, he kicked them and punched at them, without exception, all of them turn into files.
"What? What the....." Albur can't process what he had witnessed.
But out of a sudden, more televisions appeared, each one showing a different analog horror. Albur trembled, feared that the monsters will crawl out to chase after him again.
But then, he remembered something, something the voice have said just now.
"Those are...fictional characters. No...wait, are these even real?"
Albur looked at the televisions, he thought of an idea. He took a few steps back, having a little distance with the televisions, he took a deep breath, and closed his eyes. He then heard the sound of the televisions breaking, glass shattering and heavy footsteps. Albur didn't run, or open his eyes, he just stood there. The heavy footsteps got closer and closer, Albur could even feel them breathing. He then felt himself being brought up, like the monsters are grabbing him, ready to engulf him. He still kept his eyes closed, and kept telling his mind, don't be afraid, these are just fictional characters.

After a while, Albur felt himself being put down, the breathing are gone, its quiet. He opened his eyes, he soon noticed that the monsters all dissolved, turning into files and digital folders.
"Oh my god! It actually works! " Albur thought to himself. He looked around, the black dark space started to wobble, slowly regaining colors, he is back to the same spot where he saw the walls close in. The only difference is, he is alone. Albur felt something is off, judging by what he had experienced just now. He quickly pulled out his walkie talkie.
"This is Albur speaking! Are you guys OK? Mysty? Johnson? Covie? Wilton?"
No one replied, Albur felt like something is very very off. He sprinted in the facility, hoping to find the others.
"NO! LEAVE ME ALONE! "
A voice yelled, just infront of Albur. The voice was Mysty's,
"Mysty?"
Albur raced to where the scream came from. He found that its a room, he kicked the door multiple times and finally busted it. The room was also a dark and wide space, like the space he was in previously. Except here, there's no analog horror things, instead, there are many human illusions. Each and every single one of them have smiley faces, but they looked like they were drew using blood. Some of them even looked like the rest of the gang, including Albur himself. They kept walking closer and closer to Mysty.
You can't unite them
You help is so little its unnecessary in the team
You meant nothing to them
You're just an outdated person
You don't even wear 8167 clothes
You aren't a burden
But you are near being one
Mysty curled up in a corner, panting and sobbing. Albur tried to go to help, but for some reason, an unknown energy force was stopping him from doing so. Albur soon realized, the previous room where he was have things he fear the most, same goes to this one, apparently, Mysty's greatest fear was other people's negative, hurting, crossed over line criticisms. Albur don't know what she can do to overcome this problem, but then, he looked at his rifle, and thought of an idea. He took out Ghast's fragments from the first slot of his rifle, then, he gently pressed it against the energy force. Surprisingly, it worked like a charm, it disabled the energy force.
He quickly rushed towards those human illusions, who cornered Mysty, he took out his rifle and fired it, but it just penetrates them, the illusions noticed him, and some of them walked towards him.

Albur kicked the illusions but still, it penetrated. The illusions won't stop saying those abusive words him, and for some reason, they grew bigger and the blood on their face spread even more, and they smiled even demonically. Albur looked at Mysty, seeing she is near collapsing. He then thought of something.
"Mysty! Don't care about what they call you! These are just random crap critics here to torture you!" Albur yelled, Mysty opened her eyes, which are flashing. She noticed Albur, standing among the illusions.
"A-Albur?"
"Don't mind their words! They get entertained after seeing you being sad about the words! "
Mysty started to calm down, she closed her eyes, her breathing became slow. As expected, the illusions begun to turn smaller and smaller, and ultimately faded away. Mysty looked around her, noticing the illusions are all gone. Albur sighed in relief they were all gone, he then slowly approached to Mysty, and reached out to her.
"Are you alright?" He asked.
Mysty looked at Albur's hand, she hesitated at first, slowly backing away from him. But soon she realized, he is her one housemate, that one friend that was with her throughout this whole adventure.
"Are you ok? Do you need help? " Albur asked gently.
"A-Albur?" She asked.
"Yeah, its me." Albur kneeled down.
But then, even more illusions begun to appear. All with that same face and voice.
Albur stood in front of Mysty, he aimed his rifle at all of them.
"Well I guees I will need to help you over this for a whiel, dodge the bullets!"
Albur spun his rifle violently and pulled the trigger, the bullet ricocheted around the room, surprisingly, this time, the bullets are able to harm them. But they kept coming waves and waves. Mysty slowly calmed down, and stopped thinking about the criticisms, slowly, the illusions got weaker and weaker.
"It worked."
Albur then switched to power slot 2 and pulled the small trigger.
"Hyper Blast!"
The bullet blasted all of the illusions. The walls slowly regained color, turning back to the original room they were in. Albur sighed. And looked at Mysty.
Mysty looked at Albur, she didn't say a word. Albur just kept looking at her, and smiled at her. Mysty finally got sure, but, instead of reaching her hand out to Albur, she hugged him. Tightly. Albur was shocked, the air froze, he don't know what reaction he could give right now. But, he felt a warmth in his heart.
"Thank you....." she whispered
The two then let go and stood up.
"Let's go find the others, shall we?"
"Yeah, let's go."
The two took out their weapons and rushed out of the room.
They sprinted in the hallways, trying to find the others.
"Do you know what is happening?"
"I don't know, all I know is when I woke up, I was surrounded by analog horrors, I think those spaces are here to torture us with our greatest fear."
"This can't be a good sign....."
Suddenly, their walkie talkie buzzed.
"This is Johnson speaking! Albur! Mysty! Where are you two?!"
"Johnson! You've finally replied!"
The two of them stopped their steps,
"Where are you? Me and Albur just got out from some terrors."
" I am with Covie and Wilton, I see where are the two of you. Stand still, we're coming. Over."
After a while, the whole team reunited again.
"Where have you all been?" Asked Albur
"Stuck in a dark wide space of course." Said Wilton.
"I can't believe I have to save this introvert coward from a crowd! On a stage which is about to sing twinkle stars!" Johnson yelled.
"You two also met what you fear most?" asked Covie.
"Yeah, its, horrifying. " said Mysty.
"What the heck is happening right now? I have no clue, no idea!" Albur asked.
Johnson just stared at the walls,
"Endless hallway, greatest fear emerged, this all seemed to be illusions." said Johnson.
"Yeah? And then?"
"Judging by who our enemies are, I could only think of one xxxxxxxx"
Johnson looked at the ceiling, he took out his minigun, and signaled the others. Albur and Mysty got the signal, they took out their rifle and twin pistols. Then, they fired it at the ceiling, breaking it and making a hole. But strangely, the hole just fixed up itself, its like the ceiling is in liquid form, it just joint up on its own. The gang looked around, the walls begun to twitch and stretch.
"This still gotta be illusions...right?" said Albur.
Johnson said nothing, he looked at the walls, and touched them. He then started to scratch the walls, leaving claw marks on the wall. But then, he punched at it, creating a hole, but it still fixed itself, in liquid form. Johnson turned around, and looked around.
"Come on out now! I know its your little tricks! You xxxxxx! Let us out!"
The air is still silent, Albur was confused by Johnson's reaction.
"Anything that can set a fire?" Johnson asked suddenly.
The others looked at each other, but they all shook their head.
"How about that hyper gem?" Johnson looked at the two big hyper gems in Covie's bag.
"Oh, these? I think the power might be enough to light one." She said.
Johnson took a big hyper gem, but what he did next shocked everyone. He opened the cover of the metal case containing the hyper gems.
"Woah, dude! What are you doing?!" Asked Albur
"I know what am I doing....." Johnson put his robot claw into the liquid, one of the fingers touched the hyper gem, but its powerful force pushed his finger away immediately, causing his robot claws to become boiling red.
"Bro man, what the heck to you want to do?!" Asked Mysty.
Johnson snapped his fingers, a fire was lit, on his robot claw.
"What the? It won't hurt?" asked Albur.
Johnson said nothing, he looked around and stare at the wall, he then used the fire to burn it. Surprisingly, the wall was set ablaze. The walls started burning down, like it was made of paper. The gang found themselves outside the facility now. But when they looked up in the sky, tons of glitch bullets rained down from the sky, knocking the gang back. Johnson covered the hyper gem just in time. When the gang got back up, they noticed glitches have already surrounded them. CIs and spaceships were also in the sky. One of the glitches is noticeably different, it have a skull like any other captain glitch, but have a diamond shape behind it, having all of its edges rounded. However, unlike other captain or general glitches, its right eye isn't hollow black like other captain or generals, instead there's a white pupil, glowing and shimmering. It also appears to have eyelashes. Albur also noticed that the Clementine upgrade station was also floating between those glitches.
"Impossible, you all escaped that one?" That glitch asked.
Johnson's alarm went off, even brighter and louder than previously. Johnson glared at that glitch, his fist clenched extremely hard, quiet growls can be heard from his mouth.
"Colonel Breach....I should've known its you...."
The rest of the gang gasped, looking at that glitch.
"That is...Breach?"
"The strongest general? "
".... more like Colonel Bleach."
"ALBUR!" The others yelled at Albur.
"Seriously, this isn't funny." exclaimed Covie.
Colonel Breach chuckled, as she flicked her eyelashes.
"I underestimated every single one of you. Even able to escape the illusion card." Breach said as she took out a burnt metal neon card.
"So you are the one making those horrible cards!?" asked Albur.
"Why yes.....now....where are we? Oh yeah! I have to kill you all....you all have been a headache to the commander." Breach drew out a dagger. Pointing at them. The glitches all got ready to blast the gang into pieces.
The gang got into battle pose.
