While it's true that in stories, zombies have no intelligence, but this is real life, she knew it wouldn't be that simple

The sheer number of people in the city made Yuigahama despair instantly
Because in a zombie apocalypse, crowded places are basically death zones!
Her mother was overseas and wouldn't be back for a week
Tomorrow was the end of the world
She knew that if Takumi saw this as a crisis then it was, after all, Takumi was excellent in almost everything.

Seeing the school gate wasn't locked, they didn't hesitate and ran out
They had to get to Takumi before he does something unwise
Saeko calmly entered the girls locker room
She didn't feel the need to worry about what might happen to Takumi as she had noticed two familiar figures running across the hallway earlier
Even from here she could hear the confusion spreading across the school
She guessed that after learning the nature of the problem many girls who could hear inner voice decided to leave school without hesitation
After all, if you knew the world ended tomorrow, would you go to school or work today
The answer was no
The girls most likely left their classes in a hurry, broke down in fear and uncertainty or were simply in shock
Naturally this would cause a massive reaction towards the other students and teachers!
She pulled out her extra bukkon and sportswear and stuffed them into her school bag
Besides the bag were the books and textbooks of a 3rd year highschooler
Naturally they were hers!
Saeko had directly emptied he bag of school materials and took all her kendo equipment
Why?
Because it was the only things she genuinely cared about that were at school
They world was ending and she didn't feel like wasting time either

Saeko heard a voice she didn't want to hear
She wasn't surprised though
Takashi was still in school so his reaction was expected
Meanwhile Takashi was confused
While he had been staring at kyoko-sensei's swaying ass with the focus of a user bearing the 3 tomoe sharingan!
She was writing a question on the black board when all of a sudden she dropped her chalk and stood there stiffly, her mouth gaping like a fish
Before anyine could ask what was wrong, the school, which was calm and quiet, suddenly became loud and noisy
Screams and cries rang out from multiple classes making him involuntary feel a bit of PTSD
For a moment ahd thought the apocalypse had started
He had realised that wasn't the case when he noticed that the school gate wasn't crawling with any undead only two familiar girls darting out the school gate
He then noticed that most of the screaming were people he recognised and that two figures were people he was very familiar with making him exclaim in his heart
[ Why the hell are these people acting like this? It's like they realised the world was ending ? ]
Takashi who had stood up in the now chaotic class had unknowingly guessed the truth
As he walked out he noticed that students were running out the school building
At first it had only been Rei and Yuki
But after the students noticed them they had followed suit
Reason?
Because they saw others running away
Who in the hell needed a reason to run away
The students, despite not fully understanding didn't hesitate to run away when the saw how students were suddenly screaming, crying or running
This wasn't them knowing the danger coming
But them sensing it through others
Takumi had his feet on his bed watching his phone while holding a cup of coffee
One might think he was enjoying his free time but if the did so they'd be wrong
His phone screen displayed a video that had ended, the cup of coffee had long since became cold and his gaze was distant
Showing clearly that he was apsentminded
He had not been relaxing but had been thinking about what to do
[ This world seems to be a world similar to the past maybe even the same one, but I can't assume I know everything ]
Takumi truly wouldn't be surprised if this was a parallel world and if that was the case then
[ If that is the case the world may not follow the same path it did in my past life ]
Takumi's mind kicking into overdrive
[ In my last world, a company named umbrella were trying to create superhumans, while they did somewhat succeed, the outcome wasn't what the had envisioned ]
Takumi drank his cold coffee in one jug and placed it in the study table his brain thinking about the company that ruined everything
[ Instead of creating a bunch of Captain America's they created some World war z monsters instead ]
Takumi still didn't know how he survived his day in the beginning
Was it really because of his antagonist halo
[ Though many people indeed gained what could be called supernatural abilities in the end, that didn't mean things got easier, in fact the zombies were never left behind, after every evolution, a new mutation was born from the zombies]
Takumi crushed clenched his fists recalling the last zombie he faced
[ I already ordered can food to keep me going from the nearest supermarket and have already prepared all the necessary tools I'll need, but I'm still uneasy, though the timeline claims that the end of the world is tomorrow, my gut feeling says that isn't the case ]
Rei and Yuki were nearly hit by a car as the ran across the streets
The result wasn't pretty
The car driver had turned the steering wheel in a panick and accident hit a young woman who had been waiting with herale acquaintance
" Marin! "
The male immediately screamed in panic as he approached the down woman who had been sent flying her bones petruding in jacked angles
" Help! Call Emergency services or an Ambulance "
The people reacted while the man stood next to the seemingly hopeless woman
He glared at the two girls who had not even batted an eye running towards an unknown place
" You damn brats! If I so much as catch you, you'll regret ever skipping class! "
The man cursed the two until he noticed the girl named Marin, attempt to get up
He panicked
" No stop Marin, you're in a very critical state don't aggrivate you're injuries and further "
However the woman named Marin seemed not to her him, seemingly whimpering while trying to get up
The man, ignoring the bloody mess and making sure to avoid her injuries hugged her, tears falling down as he forced her to stop moving violently
" It's ok, I'm here, Tendo is here with you "
The man named Tendo comforted the woman while holding her as if afraid she'll break apart, his tears fell down without stop
The crowd felt their hearts break
Tendo suddenly felt Marin's breath on his neck
He didn't even have time to think before a sharp pain assaulted him
He turned to Marin seeing her biting into his shoulder
A few blocks away the 2 girls, sweating and tired noticed a large house ahead and smiled
Only for the next second
" AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! "
