Nick's pov
I woke up at midnight. My head was pounding with pain.
I look around me. A girl was sleeping next to me. I thought it's Rose.
I went near her and hug her from back. This felt so unfamiliar. I saw the face.
It's not Rose. It's Lydia. I scared, what happened to me. What have I done?
I saw, it's not my room. I got up from my bed and wore my clothes.
Lydia was still sleeping. I woke her up.
"Lydia, Lydia, get up. Lydia."
She also woke up.
She saw me and said in dizzy voice, " what are you doing in my room in the early morning?"
I said again, " Lydia, woke up."
Look around. She saw, she was not in his room.
Then she realise she is naked.
She covered herself with blanket. She was already covered but still she pulled the blanket around her.
She was scared. She asked , " What happened last night?"
I said, " I don't know. I was also lying mext to you naked."
"Did something happened between us last night?"
She screamed, " what?"
She and I both tried to recall last night. We had dinner with both of our family. We didn't even drink.
After drinking juice, I started to feel dizzy.
Mom told me to rest in the room which she had already booked.
I went there. Lydia also followed me.
Then I ... I don't know what happened. Everything is blurred.
But one thing is clear. Something is wrong woth juice for sure.
I took my phone to call my mum. But before that. I saw Rose's message.
I saw she called me many times. She also sent the unlimited message of asking where are you?
She also sent me the photo of dinner which she had prepared from her own hand.
I was feeling guilty now. Why did I drink that juice.
I called Rose first. But she didn't pick up. She must be angry with me.
I said to Lydia, " I am going home now. You dressed up first. Then after some time we will go to visit my mum."
I turned to move ahead. But Lydia held my hand.
She said, " Don't tell anything to Rose. She will not tolerate this."
I nodded. I knew this. I can't tell her anything untill I get all answers.
Then I left.
I reached at home.
I called Rose name. But no one answer.
I went to the room, kitchen everywhere. But she was not there.
I left for the bakery. I went there but she was also not there. I asked to Jack where is she. But he didn't reply. He said, " He don't know.
My heart sank. I thought, does she find out about me and Lydia.
I was about to left the bakery when she entered.
I saw Rose.
I went to her and hugged her. I said, " I am so sorry. I was stuck last night. I disn't saw your call and messages."
Rose asked me, " Where were you?"
"At the office",I lied.
She asked again, " With Lydia"
I lied again, " Nope, I was alone."
She looked at me mockingly.
She saw her employees. Then she said, " Let's go to home."
I nodded.
We left for home. Whole time she was silent. Her silence was scaring. Since we met. She was never this much silent.
I realised very soon. She knew about me and Lydia.
I asked, " You came to the hotel last night."
" you know everything."
She stop the car and looked. She remove his seatbelt and left.
We reached the home.
I also left the car.
At home, we both are standing against each other.
She asked, " what happened last night."
I was silent. Because I don't know what to reply. I have no memory of last night.
She asked again, " You both got intimate."
I was silent again. She slapped me on my face.
I was still silent. She came to me and asked again, " Tell me what happened."
I can't tell her anything untill I find out. If what she was thinking, was true in real. I can't give her any hope now.
Rose pov
I was asking constantly, " tell me what happened."
But the man standing in front of me was completely silent. I was waiting for his answer that he will say, " Nothing happened between us." But he didn't saw.
I was very angry. I slapped him on his face many time.
I cried and screamed, " How can you do this with me."
He came to me but I pushed him. I can't let him touch me after knowing this. Whole time I was thinking, I am just jealous with Lydia that's why I am doubting Nick.
But now He broke my trust. He broke all our promise of being loyal amd honest to each other.
May Be he was not serious with me. He was using me.
I pulled Nick with his collar and pulled him toward the gate. I pushed him other side if house. And said in a loud voice, " get the hell out of here."
I closed the gate and sit there. I was crying.
After a while I opened the gate and saw he was not there.
I got upset more. I realised he doesn't care about me.
I remembered Jack's advice. I took my phone and booked the flight for me.
I can't live at this place anymore. After this btrayal, not possible.
Nick's pov
I saw my girl yelling and crying. This scene hurt me too nuch. I want to hug her and said ," I have done nothing".
But I can't say this. Even I don't what I have done."
If I said, I was drugged. May be she will thought it's a execuse. Still I can't justify me.
When she made me ouf if the house. I want to knock and told her to take me inside the home.
But before that I have to know the truth. I left to visit my mum.
I sent message to Lydia also to meet me in Jonas villa.
