“Did you have fun playing with me?” he asked, the corner of his mouth lifting in a dangerous smirk.

Before I could react, his hand was on my jaw, holding me still as his mouth crashed into mine. His tongue swept inside, deep and claiming, stealing every ounce of control I thought I still had.

“Mmm—” I tried to protest, but the sound dissolved into a helpless moan when his body pressed closer.

Before I could even adjust, he added another, curling them just the right angle while his thumb began rubbing tight circles.

Before I could react, he shifted down the bed, his hands sliding along my thighs as he spread my legs apart.

“Yeongjae, wait, I haven’t—fu…”

"Wait!" I exclaimed as I suddenly stopped walking, startling both Isla and Yeongjae. "Is Logan the man Yuri is talking about?" I asked Isla as I looked alternately at Isla and Yeongjae.


"I am not really sure, Sora. Ever since Yuri arrived here, it's been hard for us to talk properly since she's always on the lookout so she won't get caught talking to me. But what made you say that? Logan has been your friend for the longest time," Isla said.


"I've been thinking about everything. Jiho said that Yuri came to my shop the night of her accident to buy some cat food. From the CCTV that Jiho saw, she came from my shop's direction when she got hit, but she was not carrying anything while she was running.
