That is exactly what I didn't want to imply, but hearing it coming from Kade, I immediately assume that he's going to brush it off as one of my stupid thoughts.
However, as a silence lingers when the words leave his mouth, I start to realise that he is taking it seriously,and so is everyone else in the room.
Well, by everyone else I mean Cassian.
The guard that announced it to Kade looks at me like I'm trying to throw him under the bus. At first I don't realise why, but then I do.
If we're talking about Agatha being killed by someone while she was still locked up in the dungeons, the fingers immediately point to the guard to give names of whoever visited her.
And this is exactly what happens as Alpha Kade takes a step across the room and is standing in front of the guard.
In a low yet very commanding tone, he asks the guard, "Who else was down here to see Agatha?"
