Thalia's POV
"Careful what you say Luna." Cassian immediately warns as his eyes turn to Kade.
He checks to see if he is on the right track, and with no objection from Kade, I already know that they are about to support each other.
"You dare stop me from killing this incompetent fool for his mistake just because you want to make up a story of a conspirator and murderer in my pack?" Kade questions me, dropping the guard and stepping in front of me.
With the rage of seeing Agatha dead in the same room as me, and knowing that she had nothing to gain if she killed me, I get the courage to stand in front of Kade and look back at him.
Normally, I would step away and back off from something that's about to get as heated as this.
But I won't let Agatha's spirit live in pain knowing that she was just a pawn in whatever is being planned by someone in the shadows.
