"You're bold," Orros growled, an offended glint flashing across his eyes before he spat,
"But it won't be enough to save you!"
Barely a moment after the words parted from his lips, his figure charged forward, bloodlust burning in his eyes.
A smile slowly carved across his face as the dark-robed youth didn't move. Was he so afraid he couldn't move under the weight of his aura? Or was he just so weak he couldn't follow his movements enough to dodge?
Whatever it was, it didn't matter as his blade slashed through his head in a clean arc, making the wind scream behind him.
When he lowered his blade, he nodded slightly. The boy probably didn't even realize he was dead.
But that was the cost of such folly! Someone still a little wet behind the ears thought they could challenge him and walk away as if nothing happened? Death was the only price!
