[Alarm Starts Ringing]
A hand reaches for it and switches it off, a girl gets up, go to bathroom washes her teeth and takes a shower, wears her clothes and takes her books and put them in her bag.
She goes down the stairs where we see her family sitting at the dining table, her mother is dishing up the breakfast and her father holding a cup of coffee while reading a newspaper and two kids are running around the table.
"Morning...I'm late got to go."
While taking a toast bread Mia says that in a rush and before her parents could respond she gets out of the house.
"Well she's in a rush today."
Her father says that while turning a page of the newspaper he is reading. Mia rushes out of the porch of her house to the bus stop. Few seconds later the bus arrives and she gets in and takes a sit.
The bus arrives at her school, Mia rushes out of the bus and she heads straight to the school like she is about to win a prize.
When she gets in at school, she sees her friends and they start squealing and looking very excited. The girls start moving towards their classroom while talking
"Guys I can't believe I made it, to the internationals, like that is a dream come true."
Mia said that full of joy and her friends looked happy and they were congratulating her for what she had achieved.
[Bell Starts Ringing]
All girls entered the class and other students followed after them to the class. Several hours later at a Dogo, a group of teens are training martial arts and suddenly young pretty woman came out from a room wearing a black Gi.
The young lady stand if front of all the teens and they a stop what they were doing and they face towards her and they all bowed, the young lady bowed back. After that all the teens sat in Seiza.
"My fellow students we have some great news, hence you all know that we have been picked to participate in an international World Karate Competition, get this one of our students gets a chance to represent our country there. This is a serious thing for us as the Aiki Shuren Dojo, thus it was a very difficult decision for me to pick one of you, I mean you're all great students but I had to for the sake of us, please do think the student I'm about to pick is better than you all it's just that she has the raw talent needed in that competition."
[Whispers]
All the teens started to wonder who could be the chosen one to attend this event. A girl started whisper to her friends next by her.
"Yeah we all know it's gonna be me."
People around her started to agree, and more whisper occurred.
"Yeah that girl is surely going to be the one attending that competition I mean her father is crazy rich and he is the biggest sponsor for the Dojo."
People started agreeing with person who just spoke. Mia was there sitting smiling as if she knows better.
[Flashback]
Mia opens the door and she enters, she closes the door after that and she sees her sensei seeping a cup of tea. Mia bowes for her sensei, while her sensei points on a pillow on floor signing Mia to sit down.
She takes another yunomi and pours a tea on it and gives it to Mia after she sat down. Mia kindly accepted the tea and bowed her head before she could take a sip.
"Well you may be surprised on why did I call you for a conversation."
Mia puts down her tea down, she was nervous and sweaty, she bowes she calmly started to speak.
"No matter what I did sensei, I'll do better if you can give me another chance, please sensei."
Her sensei smiled while looking at her being so petty.
"No need to worry Mia, hence today is all good news."
Mia stood up her head confused.
"Well what could be a good reason why you called me here?"
"Let me explain, so in next three month it's going to be the international World Karate Competition as you know, and guess what? Our country saw the potential we had and asked one of our students to represent the country on the competition."
Mia looked surprised and lost at the same time.
"Wow sensei that's amazing, so what did you call me here you want me to call Morgan for you because I can rush now."
"No silly don't you get it, so I was giving the privilege to pick that student, and I chose you."
"You what now."
Mia in disbelief looked her sensei in eyes so she can see if she's telling a lie or something and she clearly sees she is not lying.
"Wait are you serious now, OMG!OMG!OMG!"
Mia looked very happy, so happy that she can hug her sensei, out of all of that happiness she remembers the protocols and she bowes.
"I'll be honored to take this opportunity sensei and make you proud."
She stood her head up, still very happy about the news.
"Hey don't tell anyone in the Dojo yet I'll make an official statement tomorrow so please don't do anything stupid."
"I promise you sensei I'll never do anything stupid to jeopardize this opportunity."
"You can leave now."
"Thank you sensei."
She bowes and gets up and stands in front of her sensei smiling and she bowes again and her sensei smiles looking very happy for her student, Mia leaves and she closes the door behind her.
[Present]
Whisper continues as the teens are so eager to find out who is this lucky student that is going to represent their Dogo.
"Quiet! Well it's time to announce who will represent us."
Morgan prepares herself as if she knows that she is about to be picked.
"The student that is going to represent us is...M-..."
Morgan stands up so quickly smiling and happy as if she won a lottery.
"Mia!"
The teens start clapping for Mia as Morgan gets humbled and humiliating infront of all the teens. Morgan sadly sits down she looked very pissed that Mia took her moment. The section ends and everyone is leaving.
On the Dojo's girls bathroom Mia just changed and she put her training clothes in her bag and a group of girls approached her and Morgan is leading.
"You think you are going to get away with this Mia."
Mia looks at Morgan in her face, she takes her bag walks away from the girls, Morgan grabs her.
"Just kindly reject the offer and I'll forgive you, please don't do this for me do it for you before I do things I'll regret in the future or not."
Morgan starts to laugh and she stops quickly. Mia takes Morgan's hand off of her.
"I don't have time for people like you in my life but I'll act as if I didn't hear you."
Mia proceeded and leaves the bathroom. Morgan smiles.
"Well you chose the option I wanted you to choose."
Morgan takes out her phone and calls somebody.
"Well our friend doesn't want to cooperate, you know what must you do."
Morgan drops the call and she smiles and continues to do whatever she does.
Mia gets out the Dojo and she hads down the road towards the bus stop. It's getting late as it begins to get dark. Mia looks behind her she sees two guys walking behind her, she doesn't mind them thus she continues to walk down the road and sees a car turning towards her direction as she is walking, and the car stops and it started to flash it's lights bright at her.
But continues to walk and two men get out the car and they walk towards her. Mia deep down starts to panic, she stops and the two guys in front of her stop too, she looks at guys behind her they stopped moving too. She suddenly runs to an alley she sees and guys chased after her.
She ran and ran as she hears that the guys footsteps are chasing her and they are getting closer by the second. As she runs she knew if the guys get her she was going to die or something worse.
As she runs along the alley she sees a light ahead and she knows that if she reaches that light she's safe, so she ran as if her life was depending on her, actually it was. So Mia didn't give up she ran, until she reached the light, but she was to fast to break easily so she went in to the road.
[Crash]
A bus hit her before she could stop and get to safety. All of a sudden a light came out of the sky into her body and after that her body was crowded by people taking photos.
A car up on the hill of the road roll down a window and it was Morgan smiling.
"Well I didn't expect that crash, but a win is a win that will teach her not to mess with the rich again, that's if she's alive."
She rolls up the window and the car start moving and fleed the scene.
