In a world full of love and happiness lives the most miserable person. Hill, a 19-year-old college student, is psychologically deteriorating, bound by the suffering of his impoverished family and the chains of a future filled with fear, anxiety, and depression.
Hill escapes reality and remains behind his electronic screen, where he feels comfortable. However, over time, he becomes completely isolated from the world, and this isolation creates psychological problems for him, as well as difficulties in adapting to and coexisting with society. He soon meets a girl named Jiva on social media, and their relationship culminates in a date and a romance. Little does Hill know that his love story is like a drop of water that makes a pitcher overflow. Problems surround Jiva, and there are criminals who want to eliminate anyone who gets close to her. Knowing about Hill's relationship with her, they threaten him several times and even attempt to assassinate him. With his old psychological struggles and the threats, Hill takes numerous medications from various doctors, but he finds no relief. This forces him to abandon his studies, his work, and life itself, returning to isolation. He attempts suicide several times, but his family intervenes and stops him.
One day, while Hill was asleep in his room, he heard a voice calling to him, saying, "Another chance! Another chance!" He woke up and thought, "This must just be a dream. I really want this chance. If I had to choose, it might bring me change, perhaps even healing." He got dressed and went out into the street to get some fresh air. As he walked, he saw a group of criminals robbing a store. As soon as he passed them, they shot him to avoid being identified. Blood gushed from his mouth, and he said, "This is better for me, because I'm already dead." Then he lost consciousness.
He woke up in a place filled with bright light and wondered to himself:
"Where am I?!"
"Is this a hospital?!"
Then he heard the same voice that had said to him:
"Another chance!"
Then it appeared and said, "Hello, Hill, this is 'A Journey to Healing.' My name is Teos, one of the overseers of this world. I have chosen you." Hill asked, "Why me?!"
"And what is this world?!"
Teos replied,
"Everyone has experienced hardship and failure in their original world, and we give them another chance in this world, Journey to Healing."
Hel exclaimed, "Another world?!"
Teos answered, "Yes! But it's not like the world you came from. This world is full of magic, power, and monsters." Hel asked, "Power?!"
"I'm weak. If I were strong, I wouldn't have come to your world, as you say." Teos replied,
"Here, power is granted according to the amount of suffering, pain, failure, and illness you endured in your original world.
Close your eyes and don't be afraid!"
"Goodbye, and good luck in your new world."
