Despite Cursed Energy surging in her, she has collapsed. So the ancestor of misogyny ignored her and focused on the guy with insane Cursed Energy in front of him.

Tachibana lied with a straight face. Though the opponent has a shadow related technique, and might as well be a Ten Shadows user of the past, he can't be certain that someone with a Cursed Technique to curse someone by knowing his name exists.
Taira nodded, and got ready for the duel.
He had foolishly challenged Sukuna in the past, and ended up using his suicide attack as a trump card. He still lost, and if not for Kenjaku, he wouldn't have been revived in the new era.
That's why, he is choosing his opponent more cautiously. A new era sorcerer with only around half Cursed Energy as Sukuna is a perfect opponent to restore his pride.
