Leon's Pov
I didn't like being distracted at work.
Usually, once I stepped into the company building, everything else stayed outside until I left again. Problems became schedules, conversations became decisions, and emotions became things I dealt with later.
Recently, none of that was working.
Because every five minutes my mind kept circling back to Ava.
Then Lucas.
Then back to Ava again.
I closed the file in front of me without finishing reading it and leaned back in my chair.
There was a knock at the door.
"Come in."
Jonah stepped inside holding a tablet and two folders.
"I got something," he said.
That pulled my attention back immediately.
"What."
He placed the folders down first before handing me the tablet.
"The overlap windows."
I took it from him and looked down at the screen.
Rows of timestamps.
Employee access movement.
Internal routing logs.
At first glance it looked ordinary.
Then I noticed it.
Same maintenance windows.
