The words hit me like a physical blow, even though I had suspected the truth for some time now.
But hearing Felicia confirm that Bella had been with all three men was different from just suspecting it. The reality crashed over me in waves, making my stomach churn with a mixture of rage and disgust.
What I hadn't known was the full extent of her depravity. Three men in one night. Three children from three different fathers, all carried in that same tainted womb.
My eyes immediately found Camilla, who stood frozen beside us like a deer caught in headlights. She clearly had no idea what we were discussing.
"That's impossible," Camilla stammered, her voice rising with each word. "Hugo would never touch someone like her."
She was shaking her head frantically, backing away from us as if distance could somehow make the truth less real. The poor girl looked completely unhinged.
