Author's POV
The moon hung like a silver blade over the city, casting long shadows that mirrored the double lives of the two heirs within the strongbuild.
Inside the silent mansion, two phones buzzed simultaneously—two messages that would change the trajectory of their empire forever.
Keifer stared at his screen.
[MKW INTELLIGENCE]:
Meeting confirmed with the CEO of JJM Holdings. Sector 7 Vault. 23:00 HRS. Don't be late, Titan.
In the next room, Jay stared at her own device.
[JJM CORE]:
The Titan of MKW has agreed to the merger. 23:00 HRS. Secure Room. The Ghost is expected.
Without a word to anyone, the "Ice King" and his "Queen" slipped out of their respective windows, unaware that they were heading toward the same destination.
The JJM headquarters was a fortress of glass and steel. Jay arrived first, stepping into the boardroom as the Ghost CEO. She wore a suit that cost more than a small villa, her eyes cold and calculating. She sat at the head of the obsidian table, waiting for the mysterious "Titan" of MKW.
Then, the heavy mahogany doors swung open.

Keifer's POV
As I stepped into the room, my hand was already on the hilt of my concealed blade, expecting a middle-aged shark. Instead, my heart stopped.
Sitting at the head of the table was Jay. My Jay. But she wasn't the girl I shared breakfast with; she was a goddess of industry. I was completely shocked, my mind racing to connect the dots. Then, a wave of shattering pride hit me. My queen hadn't just been playing princess; she had built a kingdom in the shadows.
Seeing her in that sharp power suit, her gaze like liquid diamonds, I was intensely impressed. She was the only person on earth who could actually stand as my equal. My "Queen" was a Titan in her own right.

Jay's POV
The doors opened and a man walked in with an aura so lethal the oxygen seemed to leave the room. It was Keifer. I froze, my breath hitching in my throat. I was utterly surprised, my professional mask nearly cracking.
I watched the way he moved—with the grace of a predator and the confidence of a man who owned the sky. I felt a surge of electric admiration; he looked breathtakingly handsome in his charcoal suit, his "Ice King" persona amplified into something much more dangerous and powerful. My heart swelled with pride.
This wasn't just a thug or a student; this was a king. I wanted to run to him, but the mission came first.

Author's POV
They shared a single, searing look. It was a silent pact: We act normal. The world isn't ready for us yet.
Keifer walked to the head of the table and, instead of taking the opposite end, he pulled out the chair directly beside Jay. He sat down, his shoulder nearly brushing hers, a silent declaration of their alliance.
The doors opened again, and the other board members filed in. These were older men—sharks who had spent decades in the underworld of business.
The air in the boardroom was thick with the scent of expensive cologne and old-money arrogance. The board members, men twice their age, leaned back in their leather chairs, their eyes gleaming like vultures. They didn't see CEOs; they saw prey.
But as Jay and Keifer sat shoulder-to-shoulder, the temperature in the room plummeted.
"This merger is cute," Mr. Vane sneered, sliding a dismissive glance toward Jay. "But let's be real. A girl who spends her weekends at school dances isn't fit to run a global logistics empire. JJM needs a man's hand at the helm."
Jay didn't blink. She leaned forward, the gold light of the chandelier catching the lethal sharpness in her eyes.
"Mr. Vane, the only thing 'cute' in this room is your delusion that you still have a vote," Jay's voice was a silky, dangerous hum. "I've spent my weekends dismantling your offshore shell companies. By the time I finished my morning coffee, I had already bought out your majority shares in the port authorities. You aren't a partner anymore; you're a trespasser."
The room went dead silent. Vane's face turned a sickly shade of grey. Another member, a man named Halloway, slammed his fist on the table. "You can't talk to us like that! We built this industry while you were in diapers!"
Keifer didn't yell. He didn't even move. He just looked at Halloway with a predatory stillness that made the older man's breath hitch.
"You built it on sand, Halloway. And I am the tide," Keifer's voice was a low, guttural rumble that vibrated through the floorboards. "You think your seniority protects you? In my world, age is just a measurement of how long you've been failing. If you raise your voice at my wife again, I won't just fire you—I will erase your entire legacy before the sun goes down."
"This is outrageous!" Halloway sputtered, looking around for support. "You're both just arrogant children!"
Jay stood up slowly, her hands resting flat on the obsidian table. "We aren't children, Halloway. We are the architects of your unemployment. You came here today hoping to devour us. Instead, you've walked straight into the jaws of a predator."
Keifer stood up beside her, towering over the board. He adjusted his cufflinks with terrifying precision. "The 'Ice King' and his 'Queen' don't negotiate with bottom-feeders. You have sixty seconds to sign the resignation papers on your tablets. If you're still in this room at sixty-one seconds, my security team will consider you a threat to MKW and JJM assets. And believe me, they don't use 'school-safe' methods."
The power in the room had shifted completely. The "sharks" were now shivering.
"Sign the papers and crawl back to your holes," Jay commanded, her voice ringing with absolute authority. "Or stay, and find out exactly why our families are feared. We aren't just the heirs anymore. We are the owners."
As the board members scrambled out, trembling, the personal assistants entered. Marcus (for Keifer) and Elena (for Jay) stood by the door, looking confused.
"Sir, Madam," Marcus began, looking between the two. "Should we introduce the principals?"
Keifer stood up, wrapping a possessive arm around Jay's waist, pulling her flush against him. "No need, Marcus. Meet my wifey , Jay Jay ,the CEO of JJM."
Jay smiled up at Keifer, her hand resting on his chest. "Well he means future wife. Elena meet my fiancee , Keifer, the head of MKW. I believe our companies are officially married now."
The assistants' jaws dropped. They had been working for the most powerful secret entities in the city and had no idea they were serving a couple.
"Well," Elena stammered, checking her tablet. "This certainly changes the planning for next week."
"Next week?" Jay asked, leaning her head on Keifer's shoulder.
"It's both of your birthdays," Elena reminded them. "The joint gala. It was supposed to be a small family affair."
Keifer looked at Jay, a dark, mischievous glint in his eyes. "I think it's time to stop hiding, Queen. Let's make our first public appearance as CEOs at that party."
Jay nodded, her eyes glowing with the thrill of the upcoming chaos. "Agreed. Let's see the look on our parents' faces when they realize their 'kids' aren't just following in their footsteps—we've already overtaken them."
The "Power Couple" walked out of the boardroom, hand in hand, ready to dismantle the old world and build a new one in their image.
