Chapter 86 - Thoughts

Silas didn't care what Viktor was feeling, he overstepped his bounds.

He can't let his servant be a voyeurist, can he?

Arriving in his room he laid down on the bed and took a deep breath.

The first movie was coming to an end.

On saturday the baseball match would play out, after that the movie ends only a few days or so later.

What should he do?

Kill the trio, end pretty much the whole plot… or should he release the sea and let Victoria escape.

James had to die… no question about it.

But if he killed them all, what would he do then?

Silas tossed and turned on the bed.

Questions, questions.

Just then he remembered Cessian.

Right, I still have two servants who have grudges against the Volturi so… can I just artificially move the plot using them?

Instead of Victoria making some newborn army, why not just let the Volturi come in full force?

Heheh.

Although he cuts the plot by like three movies… it still works, right?

Putting his hands behind his head, Silas pondered.

This plan needs some polishing.

Can I just wipe out the Volturi? Although they are bad, they are still the law enforcers of the supernatural world.

Would killing them help the world? No, probably not, some ignorant vampire would probably jump out of the woods and start to kill humans wantonly.

That would break world order, cause chaos.

Although he will be fine… is it nice to live in a world of chaos?

So what should he do? Should I become the new law? I don't want that… it sounds thoroughly boring.

Well whatever, if I fail I can just leave in a few months.

As long as Alice and Kate survive…

Well… and maybe Emmett.

Ehm, then Rosalie needs to live… sigh.

Meh, it isn't a big deal to save the Cullens.

Also… Bella and Edward can follow the fate of Romeo and Juliet, mutual destruction.

It fits them.

With these thoughts Silas slowly fell asleep.

When he opened his eyes again it was already the next morning.

Getting up and taking off yesterday's clothes he went into the shower and rinsed off.

He then went to his newly sorted closet and picked out today's clothes.

"Damn! I'm handsome." Silas muttered narcissistically as he looked at himself in the mirror.

Just then his phone on the nightstand vibrated.

It was Alice who was saying good morning.

Silas picked up his phone and sent a good morning back as he went downstairs.

When he came to the kitchen he made the usual dry sandwich and sat down at the kitchen island to eat it.

When he finished eating he put the plate in the sink and headed out to his car.

Just as he sat down in his car it started to rain, a real downpour.

But when he arrived outside of Alice's house it had stopped.

He put the car in park and started to change radio stations, these damn radio hosts really just talk, talk, talk, and talk.

Who cares about what you had for lunch?!

Who cares about some lady calling in from god knows where and wanting some concert tickets?

Just play music, and have ads if you need to.

After finding a station that wasn't just radio hosts talking, Alice came out.

She walked over excitedly and got in the passenger side.

"Silas!" She exclaimed as she sat down, and then leaned over and gave Silas a deep kiss.

After they separated from the kiss Silas was confused. Why say my name like that?

Alice smirked at him.

"You know the baseball match is tomorrow, right?"

"Yeah."

Alice's eyes narrowed.

"How about you sleep over? You will be coming over anyway."

Silas couldn't help but feel his lips twitching.

Did she forget I was a gentleman?

Alice saw his expression and pouted.

"Don't give me that gentleman act, Emmett and Esme also wanted you to sleep over."

Silas felt exasperated.

Esme too?

Sigh. Looks like I'm sleeping over.

Silas started the car and put it in drive.

"Sure, I can sleep over."

Alice got excited again, grabbed his arm and pulled him in for a kiss.

Then she urged him.

"Let's go, we can't keep Kate waiting, it's raining."

Silas licked his lips.

"Is that mango?" Silas didn't get a good taste before, but now he did.

Alice glanced over, and then started to tinker with the radio.

Clearly she was a little embarrassed.

Silas was about to stop her. He had just gotten a station that didn't just talk!

In the end Silas didn't.

Just let her be.

A few minutes later they arrived at Kate's house.

Kate was standing outside with a small umbrella, which clearly didn't do much seeing as her shoulders were wet.

When Silas stopped in front of her she rushed over to the back seat and got in.

After she sat down she said resentfully.

"You're late."

Silas smiled shamelessly.

"Traffic."

Kate rolled her eyes. She didn't believe that for a second.

"Let's just go." She said and put on her seatbelt.

Silas put the car in drive again and rolled off.

The rest of the car ride passed in silence, except the low sound of music on the radio.

Silas saw that neither Alice nor Kate wanted to talk to him for various reasons.

One embarrassed and the other annoyed, so he simply chose to be quiet.

No need to antagonise the beast.

It didn't take long before they arrived at the school.

Now that it was raining there were a lot more cars than when it wasn't raining.

People didn't really feel like walking in the rain, all this resulted in the increased difficulty of finding a parking spot.

But after circling once he found one, it was a little narrow since these people don't know how to park.

But it was enough.

After reversing, he put the car in park, and turned it off.

"We've arrived at our destination."

Silence.

Seeing them all quiet like this Silas couldn't resist the urge to annoy them.

"What no clapping?" He asked as they got out of the car.

Sigh.

Clearly he wasn't popular today.

Is it the weather?

...

That's it for this week!
