Jay's POV
I was really happy to spend some time with Keif and his brother, honestly it felt more like a family because I don't remember the last time, I had dinner with family, I really hoped that he loves me back too, with that I went to sleep
and few days went like that with me flirting and him blushing sometimes but still not accepting it and then one fine morning I got ready and went to the university.
I was on my way when i was stopped by a girl
Grace: Are you Jay?
Jay: yes
Grace: are you in Keifer's club?
Jay: yes. Why do you want to know?
Grace: Good, now stay away from my Keifer, get that in your mind
I was getting irritated by the way she talking and calling Keifer as her, who does she think she is.
Jay: Excuse me, but who the hell are you to say that? I gave her back
She chuckled and said
Grace: I am just saying this nicely, Keifer is never going to love you back, and back off from him
I gave her look
Jay: That is not for you to decide. I said and was about to walk away, when she held my hand and made me stop,
Grace: Don't go near Keifer, I am warning you!
Jay: You cannot decide for me
Crowds surrounded seeing us fighting, it quickly started to escalate things
She pushed me when I said that and anger rise through me when she did that, I got up and also smacked her while she was smirking at while I fell got hurt.
Everyone started murmuring around, I noticed Keifer coming towards us, now I felt great because he will support, as soon as that girl saw Keifer she started fake crying, why the hell she is crying after pushing me.
Keifer finally made his way through the crowd.
Keifer: what is happening here?
Jay: This Gir- I was about to speak when she went and clung to Keifer. And that sight irritated me and what irritated me even more was that he did not push her away.
Grace: Keif, this girl threw her hands at me.
Keifer: Jay, why did you that? He asked me angrily without even knowing the full situation, that made me mad.
Jay: do you really think i would throw hands at her without a reason?
That girl started fake crying more, making me irritate
Keifer: You have crossed your limits today Jay Jay, I did not expect this from you, Now leave.
He said angrily. I flinched when he said and tears started to form in my eyes.
I quickly ran away from that place. I went out and started crying, I was really starting to believe that he was having feelings for me but was just scared to admit it. Now, maybe I understood how he truly felt. I couldn't control my tears.
Keifer's POV
I was sitting in the cafeteria, working on my papers, when i heard a guy call me saying
That Jay Jay and Grace were having a fight,
Grace, she was David's little sister. And was like a sister for me too, I know David was protective of her because of her health issues.
I quickly went to place, i notice Jay was standing and grace was crying next to her, I quickly went, I did not mean to shout at Jay but I did, in a moment of lapse, I regretted it immediately when I saw her flinch and tears forming in her eyes, shit I have made a mistake.She ran away. Everyone dispersed when she ran away.
Meanwhile David came to us,
David: what happened to you? I heard you guys got into fight
Grace: You know that Jay Jay she threw her hands at me.
David gave a skeptical look before speaking and I was just standing there
David: grace what did you do?
Grace: I did not do anything
David: Grace you know i love you but stop lying because my friend who standing her said everything to me, about how you cornered her first and pushed her first.
I was shocked to learn what David said
Keifer: is this true Grace? I asked in a stern voice
She looks guilty before answering,
Grace: it's true but I did that only because i love you
I got frustrated when she said, i hurted Jay when she did nothing wrong, I made her cry, God I am horrible person. I did not even listen to her.
Keifer: that is not love grace, forcing someone to love you is never love, waiting for the one is. And get this in your head i have seen you as younger sister, so I am never going to love you, you will always be a sister to me.
David: you. What did you do?
Keifer: I yelled at Jay, without listening to her.
David: are you mad? Have you know Jay at all?
Keifer: I know I shouldn't have done, I should go and ask her sorry to her.
I went and searched for her all around the campus but she was nowhere to be found, I tried calling her but she did not pick, i decided to talk to her tomorrow.
