"Lord Divine Master," he whispered with a hint of guilt, "other nations and shinobi villages have been investigating your identity lately. I am truly sorry... but I fear we won't be able to keep your presence hidden for much longer."
"I see." Aoi Ren nodded softly. "Aside from that... the Divine Grace Compound hasn't stopped operating, has it?"
"It hasn't!" The shinobi replied, sounding anxious. "However, the power of every New Shinobi has been fading recently. Unrest and rumors are slowly starting to spread."
"Mm." Aoi Ren nodded firmly. "Do not worry about this. I will resolve the issue as soon as possible. But no matter what happens... the Compound must never cease its work."
If he wanted to win by overwhelming numbers, the production of soldiers could not pause for even a second!
"Understood!"
To any onlookers, their brief exchange looked like nothing more than a small accident. The two parted ways.
The Rain Shinobi adjusted the bandages covering his wounds and left the hospital grounds.
Aoi Ren played in the woods for a while longer, until a small white snake slowly slithered out from his sleeve.
"Master Ren, the White Snake Sage says Ryūchi Cave can no longer sustain this. If it continues any longer... whether you kill it or not, it will die."
Hearing this, Aoi Ren nodded slowly...

He pushed open the door to his room with a smile. Sure enough, Tsunade was there — but this time, she was not alone.
Jiraiya!
Aoi Ren narrowed his eyes slightly, though his expression remained cheerful as he greeted them. "Lady Tsunade... and Lord Jiraiya! You both came to see me?"
"Mm-hmm. We have to leave for a few days," Tsunade said, gently stroking his hair.
"By the time we get back, your legs should be fully healed. Then, just like I promised, we'll go visit the Slug together."
Hearing this, Aoi Ren adopted a natural look of concern. "Where are you going, Sister?"
"We are going to find someone."
"Someone?"
"The Divine Master."
