Two hours later, the lights and system blackout automatically restored itself.
Everyone was stunned.
The technicians who had spent hours tearing through the servers, using the backup generator, froze in disbelief as images flickered on the monitor one after another. Rows of numbers and security logs flooded the screens like a dam finally breaking.
They had done everything they could, from manual reboots, to external backups.
Nothing had worked.
And now, the system had recovered on its own.
The supervisor's voice turned sharp. "Check the warehouse surveillance immediately!"
The technician nodded and pulled up the footage.
In the footage, the warehouse was filled with supplies. Forklifts were moving around, so were armed guards and workers.
It was busy with activities. Nothing suggested robbery or conspiracy.
Suddenly, the video shook, static buzzed, then went black.
When the screen flickered again, the warehouse was empty.
