He crashed into the wall surrounding the arena. He could hear his bones creaking inside his body, and remained buried within the stone for a few seconds before falling face-first onto the stone floor.
The spectators grimaced in pain. The excitement they had felt moments ago was replaced with pity.
Ellegaard frowned.
"It was obvious that was going to happen..."
"He did well, at least, but Leona is far stronger than he is," Jeanne added. "If Mitsuki gets back up again, it'll be quite the show."
With a tired and irritated sigh, Ellegaard said:
"Of course he's going to get back up. That idiot tick... If he couldn't get up after something like that, he wouldn't still be alive today."
