Wakanda.
No rest. No recovery. Everyone knew the Mad Titan would return.
ZZZT—
A golden spark portal opened in the palace square. Jake led the way — Tony, Strange, Peter, and a bruised-faced Star-Lord with the Guardians filing out behind him.
"Welcome back, heroes."
Steve stepped forward. Dust-covered but alive — all of them. Relief softened his jaw for half a second.
"More than just back." Tony pointed at Jake. "This kid almost roasted Thanos into dried sweet potato jerky. If the Space Stone hadn't auto-rescued him, we'd be having a victory feast."
"He is strong." Thor approached, Stormbreaker humming. "Stronger than I imagined. That burning treant form — what was it called?"
"Ultimate Swampfire."
Jake glanced at Groot, who was staring at him with wide eyes.
"I am Groot!" (Is that a relative of mine?)
"Distant cousin." Jake patted the tree-person's head.
The palace square held the most powerful assembly in the history of this universe.
Avengers. Guardians of the Galaxy. Wakandan Royal Guard. Sorcerers. The Plumbers.
Jake climbed the steps. Turned to face the army of beings below him — a force capable of sweeping the galaxy — and let his expression settle into something serious.
"We've won two battles. But Thanos still holds four Infinity Stones: Power, Space, Reality, Soul."
"He's a fanatic. He sacrificed his own daughter Gamora for the Soul Stone."
Quill's fists whitened. His eyes reddened. But this time, he didn't move. Just clenched his teeth until they creaked.
"He's a wounded animal now. The next attack — the final attack — he'll hold nothing back."
Jake pointed at the Time Stone on Strange's chest, then at the Mind Stone in White Vision's keeping.
"He wants these two. We're going to make sure he never leaves with them."
"What's he got left?" Rhodes checked his ammunition. "Fleet's destroyed. Outriders liquidated. Black Order dead. Can he conjure another army?"
"He's not bringing an army."
Strange spoke — eyes flickering green, as if he'd just glimpsed one second into the future.
"He's bringing the universe itself."
WOOM——————!!!
The sky groaned.
Not a ship descending. The sky itself — changing color.
Azure turned to dark red in seconds — the Reality Stone's power, eroding the dimensional fabric of reality across the entire atmosphere.
Then space began to fold.
Mountains flipped upside down. Rivers ran backward toward the clouds. The jungle surrounding Wakanda bent at impossible angles, gravity reversing direction with every heartbeat.
The entire nation became an extradimensional arena — separated from Earth, existing in a pocket of warped physics that obeyed only one will.
"My god..." Peter hugged Tony's leg. "Is this Inception?"
"No." Jake watched reality rewrite itself around them. "This is the power of a god."
A purple pillar of light crashed into the center of the distorted world.
Thanos.
But not the Thanos they'd fought before.
No armor. Bare from the waist up — purple muscles carved with scars, every one of them earned across millennia of conquest. And flowing across his skin, like living circuit patterns — the light of four Stones. Not contained in the Gauntlet. Infused into his body.
He was burning his own life force to carry the full, unfiltered power of the Infinity Stones.
A desperate gamble. A final form.
"Jake Rivers."
His voice was no longer the measured calm of a philosopher-king. It carried an echo that seemed to originate from the deep reaches of the universe itself — vibrating through bone, through soul, through the fabric of the distorted reality he'd created.
"I've had enough of games."
Four Stones blazed.
"Hand over the Stones. Or watch this planet turn to dust."
BOOM!
The dark-red reality curtain in the sky began to descend — a cosmic mouth closing on the Earth.
"He's INSANE!" Banner checked the readings. "He's using the Reality Stone to rewrite Earth's physical structure!"
"EVERYONE READY!!" Steve raised his shield.
Thor erupted in lightning, Stormbreaker screaming.
Tony's reactor blazed to full. Strange formed the most complex seal formations of his life. Wanda's eyes burned red. The Guardians raised every weapon they had.
Jake stood in front of all of them.
Alone.
He didn't panic. Didn't shout. Didn't transform into something massive or terrifying.
He just watched Thanos, fingers resting gently on the Omnitrix dial.
On that dial — the newly unlocked icon. Radiating light as deep as the starry sky. Patient. Waiting.
Celestialsapien.
Alien X.
"You want to destroy Earth?"
Jake took one step forward. His silhouette — small against the descending apocalypse, standing between the Mad Titan and every person he'd sworn to protect — somehow held up the entire sky.
"Thanos. You know nothing of true power."
"Gwen."
"I'm here."
"Turn off all energy limiters."
A smile. Not warm. Not arrogant. Something beyond both.
"I'm going to have a conversation with the two voices inside."
"Omnitrix — unlock maximum authorization!"
"Target: ALIEN X!"
Black light swallowed Jake's figure.
And on the battlefield of Wakanda — in the space where a teenager had been standing — a patch of starry sky appeared.
