Chapter 64 - The One Chosen By Fate

Kael had finally reached his home, which was located in a place where dozens of houses were closely situated with each other, making it a cluster. Kael's house or more accurately, Ronx's house, was in a narrow street and at the end of the street was a door that led to a massive house.

Which was quite expensive. However, Ronx could afford it due to him being a special grade not too long ago after defeating Jackson.

Now, Kael was just about to open the door before someone grabbed his arm. "What do you think you're doin'? You wanna die or somethin'?" Kael asked, clearly angry.

"I have something to discuss with you. Mind going somewhere else?" Alex said with a serious face.

Kael hesitated but looking at the serious expression of Alex, he agreed. "Fine. Just make it quick."

Alex took him to a small café and ordered three beers. One for himself, one for Lever and one for Kael.

"I don't drink," Kael said.

Alex looked at him for a second and slightly smirked. "Then I'll have two beers."

Kael cracked his neck and asked, "So what did you bring me here for?"

"I want you to join our organization," Alex said, taking a sip of his beer that he finally received. "It's the same organization that your father was in."

Kael sighed and stood up. "Sorry but I am not interested."

"That doesn't matter" Alex said with a serious expression, folding his hands together and leaning in. "You will join us."

"And if I don't?" Kael asked angrily.

"Then I'll have to force you," Alex said, his voice dropping to a whisper. "It's in your best interest. After all, you wouldn't like to be sent to a hospital, would you?"

Meanwhile, while this was happening Lever was slightly confused. "This isn't like him...? What's gotten into him? I guess people change once they get older."

Kael looked at Alex and slightly laughed, licking his lips. Suddenly, he punched Alex straight in the face, the shockwave blasting away the beers, making the entire table and a little of the floor wet. "How do you like that? Bitch!" Kael said with a evil grin.

However, his evil grin quickly faded once he saw that Alex had taken no damage and his expression hadn't changed. In fact, it looked like he wasn't even hit in the first place. "Is that you got?" Alex said with a disappointed expression.

Lever tried to interfere but Kael clenched his fists and landed yet another punch, this time launching Alex into another table, which caused the table to break into pieces. "Ah damn it. Seems like I'll have to pay for all of this."

"I wanted to go easy on you but you were pushin' the limits, old man," Kael said, cracking his knuckles and extremely satisfied. "Better start running before I break your teeth."

Alex stood up, brushed off the dust and went to the counter to pay for all of the damages. "Lever, let's go. He's a lost cause."

Lever hesitated and glanced at both of them but followed Alex anyway.

"Hah! Exactly! Run off like a bitch!" Kael said with a smirk.

Kael then also soon left and made his way to his house, ready to kill his own father.

He soon opened the door, closed it and made his way into his father's room. And as soon as he did, he found his father smoking a cigarette. "Oh, hi there. Need anything, son?"

Kael scoffed. "Why would I ever need something from you? When you killed your own wife!"

Ronx stood up. "Kael! How many times have I told-"

"Yea, yea. Whatever. Anyway, I am here to kill you" Kael said casually.

Ronx looked at him and strangely, looked like he didn't care. He simply continued smoking. "I see. Well, it was just a matter of time. I am sorry son but I can't let you kill me. At least, not yet."

"Does it look like I care?" Kael said, flames coming out of the palm of his hand. "I'll burn you alive."

Henry stood up and looked around, noticing a potion that was empty and two people staring at him. Within a few seconds, he understood what had happened. "Ah...thank you for reviving me."

Whiskey James looked at him and trembled, quickly starting to run away. "This isn't the majesty! This isn't the majesty! I have made a terrible mistake! Run!"

Davis clicked his tongue. "What the hell have you done?"

Whiskey started to run and had only ran for a couple meters before Henry appeared in front of him. "Don't look so scared. I'll have to thank you for reviving me."

"Shut up! You aren't him! Go away! Kill yourself!" Whiskey James started, throwing an empty bottle at him, which was lying on the ground.

Henry's expression turned serious. "You may have revived me but I won't overlook any disrespect."

Whiskey James trembled and yelled. "Davis! Go kill him! It's an order!"

Davis sighed. "Why should I- oh wait, of course."

Davis appeared right in front of Henry. "I can transport anyone anywhere I want. That is my ability. Meaning, I could transport you into the rotting peninsula, meaning you will die. So I'll recommend coming with us so we can experiment on you."

Henry simply smiled and snapped his finger, which made Davis start floating. "It seems that reviving someone will awaken them as well."

Davis clicked his tongue and tried to transport him into a far away land but it wouldn't work. "What?! Why can't I use my powers?!"

"Because fate won't let you," Henry said, opening his arms as if to welcome the new powers in his body. "My powers have awakened into something far stronger. Fate itself is on my side. Meaning, I can control Fate itself."

"H-Hey, would you like to spare me?" Davis said, his face turning pale and his expressions showing fear. Every part of him was trembling and he could feel his heart beating extremely fast.

"Hmm...I don't think so" Henry said, snapping his fingers, which caused Davis to explode into pieces, organs and skin flying everywhere. Henry turned over to Whiskey James, whose legs wouldn't move and he could simply watch in terror as he watched his dear friend explode into pieces.

"You. Become my servant. Tell me everything. The potion and the reason you revived me" Henry said, looking at Whiskey.
