"Burn me alive?" Ronx said. "Go ahead. It's not like I have anything to live for."
"Very well then," Kael said, the flames on the palm of his hand getting larger.
Once they were large enough, he threw the flames straight at Ronx and when he did, the flames gathered and turned into a fire ball mid-air. However, just as the fire ball was about to hit Ronx, he dodged, causing the fireball to hit the wall, burning the entire room.
"Or at least that was what I was going to say," Ronx said, taking out a glock-19 from his pocket and aiming it right at his own son. "But I can't just die while my son goes around killing people."
"It's about time I fix you up" Ronx said with a serious expression.
Kael started to laugh uncontrollably. "Pfft! You think a frickin' gun can stop me? Come on! Shoot it, if you can!"
Surprisingly, Ronx shot him, though, on the shoulder. Normally, Kael would be able to dodge multiple bullets with ease but not this time as the bullet was so fast that he felt the bullet in him before he even saw Ronx pull the trigger. "What?! What kind of gun is that?!" Kael thought, placing his hand on the wounded shoulder.
"You might be wondering what kind of gun I have, right?" Ronx said with a smirk. "This gun is called "Chronobreaker". Which was given to me after I beat Jackson Kalen as a gift. This gun's bullets travel so fast that they ignore time and shatter buildings with a single bullet."
"You should be grateful that I put a rubber bullet in here and not a real one," Ronx said, putting the gun back into his pocket.
Kael clenched his teeth and practically didn't care about how powerful the gun was. He was angry because his father had hurt him. "You! How could you hurt your own son like this?! Who will pay for the bills, huh?!"
"You will," Ronx said, taking a moment to sit. "You're a teenager now. Deal with it yourself."
Kael cursed him several times and left the room, slamming the door behind him. "Why do I have such a pathetic father?! I'm 15 you know?!"

"I have failed to complete my mission" Alex said, hands behind his back. "He's a lost cause. I am not even sure how he will prove useful to us."
"You failed...? I see" Mr. Crow said, putting two cigars in his mouth. "You're fired."
Alex slammed his desk. "What?! This is my first time failing a mission and you just fire me? Is that kid really that important?!"
"I don't want to hear your excuses," Mr. Crow said, calmly smoking like he doesn't care. "A fail is a fail."
"Fine." Alex said, leaving the room.
"How did it go?" Lever asked, waiting for him like always.
"I got fired" Alex said with a sigh, leaning against the wall.
Lever's eyes widened for a second due to shock but then went to normal a second after. "I see. Well, this organization is ruined then. Without you, this place holds less value than a speck of dust."
Alex sighed again and started to walk. "Anyway, It was about time for me to retire so I am not too upset."
"I'll follow you everywhere you go." Lever said with a smile. "No matter what."
"You shouldn't," Alex said. "I am probably going to be in my house for most of the day so there is no need for you to accompany me."
Lever sighed. "I see. If you need anything, don't hesitate to tell me."
"Okay," Alex with a slight smile before teleporting out of there.

"What?" ??? said.
"You heard me," Keth said, calmly sitting on the couch. "Davis is dead or more accurately, murdered."
??? folded his hands together and leaned in. "Interesting. Who did it?"
Keth's eyebrow twitched slightly before giving him a few pages. "Everything is mentioned here. Apparently, Whiskey James and Davis were trying to revive the body of Raven but they accidently revived someone named Henry."
"If they have been revived then that must mean they have also awakened." ??? said to himself. "Don't try to engage or interact with this Henry person, it is too risky as we don't know how to deal with an awakened person."
"Can't you just kill him?" Keth asked.
??? slightly smiled. "Why would I? If I have pawns then it is better to use them, isn't it? Secondly, this Henry person might indirectly help us. We have to just wait and find out."
