"Mind me. But I am going to kill you," Alex said, his sword only a few inches away from her head.
However, to his surprise, the maid blocked the sword by putting her fist between her head and the blade, causing her fist to be cut off instead. "I knew it," Alex said with a serious expression, then tried to cut off her head again. This time, she dodged, and a large cleaver of some sort came out of the cut area of her arm.
"Interesting," Alex said, narrowing his eyes. "So even mere cleaners of the Red Cross have abilities, huh," he said, spinning around extremely fast and launching a devasting kick on her stomach, causing her to be launched into one of the pillars of the parking lot, which was the first floor of the abandoned apartment building.
However, despite that, she immediately stood up as if nothing had ever happened. "I am not a mere cleaner! I am one of the thirteen leaders under the leader of the entire organization, Todd Falcon!"
Alex's eyes widened at the name. "Todd Falcon?! Is that his name?! But Why does...he have that last name?!" Alex thought, continuing to attack one of the thirteen leaders in a fast series of slashes, mixed with a few feints. Though, she dodged all of them.
Alex was now about to rush at her and launch the blow that would end everything, however, before that, someone teleported, no, appeared right in between both of them with his speed, each of them several meters away.
"Is that Todd Falcon?" Alex wondered, freezing instantly, contemplating whether to rush at him or observe him at a safe distance.
However, the maid was different. As soon as she saw him, she hugged him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Draco! Where were you! This guy attacked me!" She said, pointing her finger at Alex. "Could my sweet boyfriend save me already?"
The one she was talking to was none other then Draco, the owl. The one Todd Falcon had called "the queen," of the game. This person was eighteen and had light yellow spiky hair with a scar that started just below his eye and went across the face and nose, ending just short of the other eye.
"Hmmm," Draco said while narrowing his eyes, who instantly cut off the woman's head with his sword without any hesitation whatsoever. "She was killed by a man named Alex Lewisguard when I was not around," he said with a very serious expression.
Alex furrowed his eyebrows. "What the hell is this guy?" Alex wondered, preparing to attack at any given moment.
"Who are you?" Alex asked, demanding an answer.
"I am Draco, the owl," Draco said with a very slight smirk. "A mere subordinate of the woman that was just alive."
"I see," Alex replied, teleporting behind Draco and attacking him with an extremely powerful and fast slash, which was dodged very easily by Draco, who was not even looking at him and simply distracted by the view of the very far mountains.
"He dodged it?!" Alex thought, widening his eyes and launching a powerful barrage of flying slashes that were going towards Draco at the speed of a space rocket. However, even despite that, Draco just managed to dodge.
"You know, I have to thank you for giving me an excuse to kill that woman," Draco said casually. "Just because she's one of the thirteen leaders, she makes anyone her boyfriend."
"And since I am quite good looking, it was only right for her eyes to land on me," Draco said, whose facial expression didn't look like he was being arrogant or doing a joke. He simply believed whatever he was saying was the truth. "However, I have always wanted to kill her since an owl is always alone...mostly."
"I don't care," Alex replied coldly, who was about to use his ability...but just then, he realized something horrifying. He wasn't able to use it. "How troublesome," Alex said, whose eyebrow slightly twitched.
"You noticed," Draco said. "My ability can remove anyone's powers or blessing for at least an hour, which makes it perfect for me since I like to hunt...animals of course. I am not someone with a god-complex or a creepy personality. I simply do my job."
"Which is to hunt...But do you know what Owls hate and hunt the most?"Draco said, suddenly appearing right in front of Alex, whispering in his ear. "Crows."
"And Crows are animals," Draco said, stabbing Alex with his sword.
