Buggy and Dragon exchanged transponder snail numbers, and then Dragon watched Buggy and his group leave.
"Leader, why did you let them take Bartholomew Kuma?" asked Lindbergh, Commander of the Southern Army. "Kuma is currently the only channel connecting us to Vegapunk. If something happens to him, will that guy notify us?"
The research institute where Vegapunk resides is top secret; only a few people at the highest level of the World Government know about it.
Bartholomew Kuma abandoned his own self, agreeing to be converted into a living human weapon in exchange for meeting Vegapunk.
But the institute seems to be mobile, and even Vegapunk doesn't know where it will appear next.
Vegapunk's last message said that the key to finding him was placed on Bartholomew Kuma, but he didn't specify the method, only saying they would naturally know when the time was right.
This is why the Revolutionary Army cares so much about Bartholomew Kuma.
"We can only hope he keeps his promise. Otherwise, what can we do? Fight them? If we clash, which side do you think would have the advantage?" Dragon asked.
"Them, probably..." Lindbergh sounded deflated. "Originally, we might have had the advantage, but with those two Shichibukai joining them, the outcome is uncertain."
"What a domineering fellow. If we had insisted on taking Kuma just now, that guy definitely would have fought." Dragon chuckled softly. "Rumor has it that Pirate King Gol D. Roger was short-tempered and willful, but he valued his comrades greatly. That guy's behavior is very similar to Roger's. He truly is someone who was on Roger's ship."
"Leader, where did you hear that rumor? Is it reliable?" Sabo asked from the side.
"My equally short-tempered old man told me. He wouldn't stoop to lying." Dragon couldn't help but touch his head, remembering how heavy that old guy's fist was.
"Let's go, head back to headquarters. The world situation has changed, and the World Government probably won't have time to focus on us now. Let's try to take over a few new countries."
The invisible wind filled the sails, and the battleship carrying the Revolutionary Army sailed toward the direction of the Kamabakka Kingdom, the Okama Kingdom.
Buggy led his people back onto the Big Top.
"Captain, would you really go to war with the Revolutionary Army just for one crew member?" Crocodile asked, seemingly casually.
"Why not? I also want to witness the strength of Monkey D. Dragon, the world's most heinous criminal," Buggy replied.
I also want to see if Dragon is a Logia type or a Paramecia type. Surely he isn't a Mythical Zoan type, Dragon form, right?
"Are you like Whitebeard, treating your crew members as family?" Crocodile said with a hint of sarcasm.
"How could that be? Don't try to get familiar; I don't want to adopt any sons. You are just my subordinates..." Buggy looked strange. "What are you trying to do?"
"Nothing, I'm just much more relieved this way. That Whitebeard guy is too soft-hearted; he's not a qualified king at all," Crocodile snorted coldly.
"But Whitebeard never wanted to become a king. Crocodile, all he ever pursued was family; it was this obsession that made him the strongest man in the world," Buggy said.
"What ridiculous obsession! How could I have lost to him..." Crocodile said bitterly.
"There's nothing ridiculous about an obsession. The key is what price you are willing to pay for it."
Buggy said seriously, "Whitebeard could give up his life for his obsession, because, in his eyes, family is more important than life."
"If you don't even know what you want to do, what right do you have to mock others?"
"I want to become the Pirate King!" Crocodile gritted his teeth and said.
"Then will you fight with all your might for this goal? Even betting your own life?"
"Why bet my life? If I lose my life, what's the point of becoming the Pirate King?" Crocodile's face was ashen.
He was a deep-thinking man who considered everything thoroughly before acting. How could he possibly gamble his precious life?
"That's why Straw Hat Luffy is now one of the Four Emperors, and you even lost your Shichibukai title." Buggy directly rubbed salt in Crocodile's wound.
"Although I said Straw Hat Luffy is just playing pirate dress-up games, he hasn't just been shouting slogans; he's fought by betting his life repeatedly."
"Old Sand, if you don't even have that level of resolve, don't keep shouting that slogan."
"I will prove it to you," Crocodile said. "My resolve is no less than anyone else's!"
"Then good luck." Buggy surveyed the Big Top. "We should build a new conference room on the ship."
The original cramped Captain's Cabin is no longer suitable for the current situation.
The new crew members are all taller than the last, especially Kuma, who probably can't even stretch out in the Captain's Cabin.
"We can put this matter aside for now..." asked Mr. 3. "Captain, where should we go next?"
"Can you contact the people from Buggy Dispatch?" Buggy found a map and pointed to a location. "Have them meet us at this place ahead."
"That's fine, but we can't just keep wandering the seas, can we?" Mr. 3 said.
"Of course not. Our target is here." Buggy pointed to a country on the map. "We are going to seize control of it."
"Wano Country?" Mr. 3 read the country's name aloud. "Wait, isn't Straw Hat currently in that place?"
Mr. 3 recalled the newspaper report: the Straw Hat Pirates and their allies defeated Kaido and Big Mom in Wano Country, and Luffy became a Four Emperor as a result.
"That's right, that's the place," Buggy said.
"Won't we clash with Luffy and his group then?" Mr. 3 asked. "The Straw Hat Pirates must have taken control of Wano Country, right?"
"Don't worry, Luffy's goal is the great treasure. He isn't interested in territory or anything like that." Buggy knew Mr. 3 and Luffy were friends.
"By the time we arrive at Wano Country, Luffy and his group should have already set sail to continue searching for the great treasure."
"That's good... But Captain, why are you interested in Wano Country?"
"The terrain there is excellent, easy to defend, and hard to attack. It's surrounded by cliffs, so the World Government's forces can't get in at all. It's a great place to develop influence."
"Most importantly, the current ruling class of Wano Country is a bunch of clowns..."
Buggy sneered, "I want to see how much they can achieve without Luffy's help."
"Hmm... I heard the Samurai are powerful. I wonder if there are any worth drawing my sword for." Hawkeye had no objection to going to Wano Country.
"Land? That's much better for me than being at sea. I can use eighty percent of my strength. It's the perfect chance for you all to witness my power." Crocodile also agreed to go to Wano Country.
"Then I'll go contact the Buggy Dispatch personnel. Once everyone is assembled, we'll immediately set off for Wano Country."
