A snarl rips through the room. Sucre's eyes flash, his pupils expanding until there's nothing left but darkness.
The fucking beast seems to be taking over. He took a deep breath. His eyes shut as if he's trying to contain it all in.
Bruno reacts for the first time, grabbing a knife he just used to cut a steak and burying it in Leo's back.
Leo crashes to his knees. Whimpering.
Regardless of his cries, Bruno drags the knife forward, causing him to crawl to where he now sits.
"Was it you?"
"What have I done. It's only right for me to reject her."
"I heard her crying in her sleep. Shaking. Sweating and having a panic about being buried alive. Was it you? Did you hurt what's mine?"

My face squints at Bruno's sudden outburst. I mean ... Dude almost strangled me as well.
Leo's lips peel back. A laugh. Broken and stupid and aimed at me like a weapon.
