Chapter 215 - Chapter 215: Another Super Dragon Ball Has Cracked

Afterward, Son Goku and Vegeta hurriedly bid farewell to their companions and rushed back to the Sacred World of the Kai. While Beerus was still fast asleep, Goku grabbed Broly's arm and dragged him toward the time machine. If the God of Destruction were to open his eyes, there was no telling what kind of world-shaking chaos would ensue; slipping away early was the best course of action.

As they were leaving, Broly stood on his tiptoes and gave Beerus's belly several hard kicks. That's for bullying me! Now you're getting what you deserve! Goku's mouth twitched as if he'd been electrocuted, and he hurriedly pulled Broly, who was looking to land more kicks, into the time machine.

On the other side, Vegeta, Trunks, and Frieza also boarded another time machine, waving goodbye to Whis. Both time machines lit up with blue light simultaneously, streaking across the sky and soon vanishing into the starry expanse.

The reason Trunks had to return was twofold: first, he had to return the time machine to the main timeline, and second, the future Mai was waiting for him.

Swish!

As soon as the dizziness of time travel passed, the group returned to the main timeline. Trunks stayed for a hearty meal, and once the time machine was fully recharged, he and Mai set off on their journey home. The Supreme Kai also quickly used Instant Transmission to return the Universe 12 time machine to its original place.

With the Zamasu crisis completely settled, Goku and the others finally returned to their daily lives. Although Vegeta had settled his grudge and cleared his mind, he trained even harder than before. He had a fire in his heart, determined to surpass Goku. As long as I master Ultra Ego on top of Super Saiyan 4, I'll definitely crush Kakarot! Vegeta threw a punch at the training pod, the vibration making the surrounding air tremble.

Goku, for a change, returned home and spent every day with Chi-Chi and Gohan, living quite comfortably. During this time, Raditz was also struggling through training under Bardock's supervision. However, Raditz's foundation was too poor, and he lacked the motivation to train. At his current level, catching up to Goku and the others was a pipe dream, and he frequently got beaten by Bardock for it. Every time Goku saw his brother being beaten until he winced, he would grin and chuckle from the side.

"Raditz, your brother Kakarot is strong enough to trade blows with a God of Destruction, and you? Your power level isn't even 1 million!" Bardock stood with his hands on his hips, scolding with a cold face, the pressure around him making it hard to breathe.

"Dad... that's a power level of 1 million! It's not that easy to reach!" Raditz squatted on the ground, close to tears, his head hanging low.

"Bardock, forget it. If Raditz doesn't want to train, don't force him," Gine quickly stepped in to mediate, reaching out to ruffle Raditz's hair.

"Mom is the only one who loves me!" Raditz immediately grinned and hid behind Gine.

"Bardock, how about we just start over with a new 'alt account'?" Gine suddenly leaned in and asked Bardock with a giggle, her voice small but clearly reaching Raditz's ears.

Bardock: "..."

Bardock's face turned red, his ears burning. He stole a glance at Raditz, muttering to himself. Is it appropriate to say this in front of the kid?

Raditz squatted on the ground, covering his face. Mom, that's way too hurtful!

"While I'm still young, I feel like I can have another one..." Gine's eyes crinkled with laughter, not feeling anything was wrong.

"Fine," Bardock nodded with a red face, the tips of his ears still hot.

Raditz: "..."

"Raditz, if you don't work hard, you might be surpassed by your third brother or sister one day," Gine added with a teasing tone as she turned to leave.

"Hmph, absolutely impossible! If there really are younger siblings starting from zero, I'll definitely surpass them by a mile!" Raditz clenched his fists and shouted defiantly.

"Then good luck," Gine waved with a smile.

"Good luck to you too, Mom and Dad!" Raditz immediately switched to a brilliant smile and gave them a "fighting" gesture.

Hearing this, Bardock waved his hand, and a gentle but powerful wave of energy hit Raditz's back, sending him flying and rolling twice on the grass.

"Hahaha..." Goku laughed so hard he couldn't stand straight, tears almost coming out.

And so, Goku returned to a peaceful life. He spent his time walking with his family and sparring with Bardock and Gohan during his leisure time, living a relaxed and fulfilling life. Broly returned to the Sacred World of the Kai and resumed his previous life. Seeing Broly return, the Supreme Kai, Old Kai, and Kibito were moved to tears on the spot. Why are you back again? Fortunately, Beerus was bored during this time and went back to sleep; no one knew when he would wake up. In short, the entire universe had temporarily returned to peace, with no more world-shaking events occurring.

...

Main Timeline, Universe 6.

The vast starry sky was like spilled ink, boundless and deep. A golden planet, similar in size to Earth, was slowly rotating in the galaxy. Eerily, this galaxy didn't even have a single star to provide light and heat, yet the golden planet emitted a faint glow. If one looked closely, they would find that this planet was not an ordinary celestial body but a giant Super Dragon Ball. Three red stars were embedded inside the Dragon Ball. No matter which angle one looked from, they appeared three-dimensional, with crimson light flowing inside the planet, exuding a mysterious aura. This was the Three-Star Super Dragon Ball.

Whoosh!

Suddenly, a silver-gray spaceship sped from the depths of the starry sky, its engines spraying blue flames as it landed steadily on the surface of the Super Dragon Ball, kicking up a circle of golden dust.

Creak—

The spaceship's hatch slowly opened, and two figures stepped out. If Goku and Vegeta were here, they would recognize them at a glance. One was Hit, the legendary assassin of Universe 6, wearing his signature purple trench coat and looking as cold as ice. The other was Cabba, a Saiyan in a gray combat suit, his face filled with unmistakable curiosity. The two walked across the cool golden ground, their footsteps echoing on the empty surface of the planet.

"I really didn't expect to run into a Super Dragon Ball here. It's incredible!" Cabba couldn't help but marvel, reaching out to touch the smooth golden ground, his fingertips feeling the icy touch.

"Even if we find it, we can't grant a wish. It's meaningless," Hit shook his head slightly, his eyes scanning the surroundings, his expression showing no emotion. Without gathering all seven Super Dragon Balls, a single one was just a special planet.

"You're right, it's impossible for us to collect all seven," Cabba nodded, not arguing, and instead smiled as he shook the camera in his hand. "But since we've come all this way, we have to take some photos as a souvenir, right? Stepping onto a Dragon Ball planet is a stroke of incredible luck!"

"Hmph, boring fellow... if you're going to take photos, you should do it from space to get a clearer view of the whole Dragon Ball," Hit commented dryly, but he stopped walking, tacitly allowing the action.

"I'll just take a few more from space later, won't I?" Cabba laughed and, without hesitation, activated the camera and flew into the air, hovering a hundred meters above the ground. Then, Cabba pointed the lens at his face and the golden ground beneath him.

"Hit, are you really not going to take one? How about a photo together?" Cabba shouted from the air, his voice traveling down through the thin air.

"Boring!" Hit glanced at him, his tone still indifferent. "If you're going to take them, hurry up. We still have a mission to execute."

"Alright then," Cabba shrugged and took several selfies in a row, sometimes making a "V" sign, sometimes making a heart shape toward the Dragon Ball, having a great time. After taking enough, Cabba hovered in the air to look through the photos.

As he looked, Cabba's expression suddenly froze, and his brow furrowed tightly. Cabba immediately swiped his finger to zoom in on the image. When he saw the details in the photo, his eyes widened, and his face was filled with surprise.

Snap!

Cabba dove down and landed beside Hit, his tone urgent: "Hit, look at this! What's going on?" As he spoke, Cabba shoved the camera screen in front of Hit.

Hit looked down, and his pupils shrank slightly. In the image, a long crack had appeared on the surface of the Super Dragon Ball. From the photo, it looked like a canyon stretching for thousands of miles, with wisps of black gas rising from the crack, looking incredibly eerie.

"I suddenly have a bad premonition," Hit's brow furrowed into a knot, his face becoming unusually solemn, and the aura around him grew colder.

"Eh? Really?" Cabba was stunned, instinctively looking toward the crack, a trace of unease rising in his heart.

"Let's leave here immediately," Hit made a quick decision and turned toward the spaceship.

"Aren't we going to check that canyon? Maybe it's just a normal pattern?" Cabba still wanted to investigate further, pointing toward the crack.

"Go if you want," Hit stepped onto the spaceship without looking back, his tone brook no argument.

A cool breeze blew, carrying the chill of the starry sky. Cabba couldn't help but shiver, a sudden chill running down his neck. "Wait for me, Hit!" Cabba didn't dare hesitate any longer and ran toward the spaceship.

Whoosh!

The spaceship took off again, its engines running at full power, instantly leaving the surface of the Super Dragon Ball and charging into the vast starry sky. The two leaned against the observation window, looking back at the golden planet that was getting smaller and smaller.

"From this angle... there really is a crack on that Super Dragon Ball!" Cabba muttered to himself, his brow furrowing even tighter. "What on earth is going on?"

Hit remained silent, his face becoming increasingly grim, the unease in his heart surging like a tide.

"What's wrong? Hit... your expression is so scary. Could something really be about to happen?" Cabba looked at Hit's tense profile, his mouth twitching as he hurriedly asked.

"Maybe I'm overthinking... but the appearance of this crack will likely cause a huge disturbance in the universe," Hit's voice was low, his eyes full of solemnity.

"No way?" Cabba scratched his head, giving a bitter smile and resting his chin on his hand in thought. "Is it possible the crack was always there and we just didn't notice it before?"

"Forget it for now, let's go," Hit said, directly controlling the spaceship to accelerate toward the mission location. The spaceship left a long blue trail in the starry sky, speeding away.

After flying for another half hour, Cabba suddenly pointed ahead and cried out: "Hit, look over there! What is that?"

Hit looked up and saw a distorted purple nebula appearing in the starry sky ahead. The space in the center of the nebula was constantly folding, exuding a terrifying suction.

"It looks like a wormhole," Hit's brow furrowed slightly, and the unease in his heart instantly reached its peak.

"Not good! Our spaceship has lost control!" Cabba suddenly shouted, his hands pressing frantically on the control panel. However, all the buttons had lost their response.

Hit's face changed completely. He could clearly feel a powerful gravitational pull coming from the wormhole, constantly tugging at the spaceship.

"Damn it... we're being sucked into the wormhole... where will this wormhole take us?" Cabba's face turned from green to white, his voice trembling.

Swish!

The next moment, the spaceship was completely swallowed by the purple nebula and vanished from the starry sky.

...

Universe 7, in the vast starry sky.

Another silver spaceship was traveling at high speed, the roar of its engines exceptionally clear in the silent starry sky. Two people sat in the cockpit. One was an alien with a transparent dome over his head, looking very similar to a human—this was Cranbes. The other was a wrinkled, goat-like monster with sharp eyes that belied his age—this was Moro.

It's worth noting that Cranbes is the older brother of Cranberry; the two look almost identical. Long ago, his brother Cranberry was killed by Vegeta, but Cranbes had luckily survived. Like his brother, Cranbes had once been a member of the Frieza Force. After hearing the news of Frieza's elimination, Cranbes went on a rampage of killing and looting across various planets, eventually being captured by the Galactic Patrol and imprisoned in the Galactic Prison.

Coincidentally, Cranbes's cell was right next to Moro's. The two would often chat through the iron bars when they were bored. When Cranbes learned that this seemingly frail old man was once a formidable figure who could rival the Supreme Kai, he immediately thought of escaping and proposed a partnership. On a dark and windy night, during a guard shift change, they used Moro's magic and Cranbes's combat skills to break through the prison's defenses, stole a Galactic Patrol spaceship, and fled beyond the search range.

At this moment, Cranbes was holding the control stick, his eyes fixed on the navigation screen as the ship flew toward New Namek. Back in the Frieza Force, Cranbes had heard that Namek had Dragon Balls that could grant any wish. He licked his lips, greed flashing in his eyes. Moro leaned back in his seat, looking at the passing stars outside the window, a hint of emotion flashing in his cloudy eyes.

"Unknowingly, so many humans and life forms have bred in the universe?" Moro chuckled, his voice carrying the weight of ages and a hidden, imperceptible chill.

"Ye... yes, after all, you haven't seen the outside universe for ten million years." Cranbes turned with a fawning smile, his gaze instinctively drifting to Moro's wrinkled face.

"Ugh..." Moro suddenly groaned, his body swaying slightly. His aged fingers gripped the armrest tightly as he let out a low moan.

"Are... are you alright?" Cranbes immediately became nervous, almost pressing the wrong button on the console. "Is your magic unstable again?"

"Just a slight search for life energy ahead, and I've already reached my limit." Moro let out a long sigh, a trace of frustration in his cloudy eyes. "My current magic is truly not even a ten-thousandth of what it was back then."

"We'll be at New Namek soon, please wait just a bit longer!" Cranbes quickly reassured him, his fingers flying across the console as the ship's speed increased.

"Is that so? I'm looking forward to it." A faint smile curled on Moro's lips, but his eyes held urgency. "To recover even a bit of magic before my life ends is truly lucky."

"Your magic returned a few years ago, right?" Cranbes asked curiously. He only knew that Moro had broken the prison seal thanks to a sudden recovery of magic.

"Yes, and because of that, we were able to escape successfully," Moro nodded slightly.

"Then... thank you so much for taking me with you... if it weren't for you, I'd be stuck in that rotten prison for the rest of my life." Cranbes bowed in gratitude, his tone full of sincerity.

"Whether what you said is true still needs careful confirmation," Moro's expression suddenly turned cold, his eyes like poisoned daggers, making Cranbes's heart tighten.

"Of course it's true! My gratitude to you is as clear as day!" Cranbes nodded quickly, his head almost hitting the console.

"Do those Dragon Balls really have the magical power to grant any wish?" Moro asked again, a hint of suspicion in his voice.

"Ye... yes! Back then, Lord Frieza went to collect the Namekian Dragon Balls just to wish for immortality!" Cranbes explained, his face flushing with excitement. "And I heard the Namekian Dragon Balls can grant three wishes—anything you ask for!"

"Is that so?" Moro raised an eyebrow skeptically, but the anticipation in his eyes became more obvious, his fingers unconsciously tapping the seat.

"I... say... Mr. Moro." Cranbes leaned in cautiously, his voice very low. "Once we get the Dragon Balls, of those three wishes, we agreed... you'll send me to a border planet where there are no Galactic Patrol or Frieza Force remnants, so I can live out my days in peace."

"Of course, I only need one wish," Moro smiled indifferently, but a strange light flashed in his eyes, his lips curling into a cold arc. "Once that wish is granted, I won't need you anymore."

"Ah, thank you so much! You're truly a good person!" Cranbes didn't hear the killing intent in the words at all and hurriedly cupped his hands in thanks, smiling fawningly.

...

New Namek, Elder Moori's Village.

In a stone house specifically for storing Dragon Balls, a soft light emanated from the One-Star Ball, making the whole room feel warm. Elder Moori, holding the hands of two small Namekians wearing green headscarves, was praying with his eyes closed, his expression devout.

"The reason we can live such a peaceful life is all thanks to the protection of the gods." Moori slowly opened his eyes, his voice gentle but solemn. "You must remember this kindness and protect this hard-won peace."

The two little ones looked up with round faces and nodded repeatedly, their small hands gripping the corners of their clothes. "We know, Great Elder Grandpa!"

After another period of prayer, Moori led the two children out of the stone house. "Go play, but be careful not to run outside the village." Moori smiled and patted the children's heads.

"Yay! Hide and seek!" The two little ones cheered and vanished in a flash.

The village was a scene of peace. Several elderly Namekians sat at a stone table playing chess, the pieces making a crisp sound on the stone slab. Young people were farming in the fields, green seedlings coming to life in their hands. Some children were chasing each other on the grass, their laughter echoing through the village.

However, this peace was soon broken. A middle-aged Namekian watering the fields suddenly looked up, his gaze fixed on the sky, the bucket in his hand falling to the ground with a clang.

"What is that?" The middle-aged Namekian's brow furrowed tightly, his voice carrying a hint of unease.

"What's wrong?" Moori came over at the sound and looked where he was pointing, his face instantly darkening. In the clear blue sky, a silver-gray spaceship was trailing a long tail of fire, falling rapidly toward the village.

"Great Elder... look! A spaceship!" The middle-aged man's voice trembled, and he instinctively took a step back.

Moori's brow furrowed into a knot, and he waved for the villagers to be on guard. "Don't panic, everyone. Let's see their intentions first."

Whoosh!

The spaceship, like an arrow from a bow, landed steadily in the open space in the center of the village, kicking up a cloud of dust. Moori and the surrounding Namekians immediately surrounded it, each looking alert, their hands secretly gathering energy. The spaceship's hatch slowly opened, and two figures stepped out.

"Aren't those Namekians?" Cabba was stunned, scratching his head and asking curiously. "How did we end up here?"

"It seems that wormhole transported us to the star system near Namek," Hit mused, scanning the green landscape, his eyes full of solemnity.

"That's a huge distance..." Cabba marveled. "Our previous location was at least several months' flight from Namek. This wormhole is truly amazing!"

Hit didn't respond, just silently observed the Namekians across from them.

"Should we go down and say hello?" Cabba suggested, pointing to Moori nearby. "And maybe get some water; I heard Namek's water is exceptionally pure."

Hit nodded slightly, tacitly agreeing. The two walked toward Moori one after the other.

"Who are you? What business do you have on Namek?" Moori took a step forward, blocking the villagers, asking alertly, his pupils full of wariness.

"Ah... hello! I'm Cabba, a Saiyan, and this is my companion, Hit." Cabba quickly stepped forward with a friendly smile, afraid of being mistaken for an enemy.

"A Saiyan?" Moori was startled, his gaze instantly becoming complex.
