"Damn brat, do you really think you're strong? Let me show you what true power is!" Hanafuda roared furiously, his voice booming.
No sooner had he spoken.
His nearly three meter long, hard scaled tail swept toward Alvin like a bolt of black lightning, accompanied by a sharp whistling wind and terrifying speed.
Wherever it passed, the air was sliced apart with a piercing shriek.
Alvin's eyes narrowed, confidence and disdain flashing within them as he coldly shouted, "Save the whining!"
In an instant, the Demon Blade Chronicle in his hand vanished like a phantom.
The moment the Demon Blade disappeared, his right hand, covered in Armament Haki, was raised high. Muscles tightened and veins bulged like a beast ready to strike.

Just as Hanafuda's sweeping tail was about to hit him, at the very last moment.
Alvin violently swung his fist coated in Armament Haki, smashing it directly into the spine of the tail with explosive speed and overwhelming force.

A dull and deafening sound erupted, as if a cannonball had detonated beside their ears, making the eardrums ache.
Hanafuda's tail, like a tree trunk struck by a massive hammer, was slammed straight into the ground by Alvin.

The Demon Blade Chronicle clutched tightly in his hand gleamed with a chilling light as it aimed directly for Hanafuda's eye.
"Pfft!"
The moment Chronicle pierced through Hanafuda's eye, his entire lizard body stiffened instantly while the other eye filled with terror and disbelief.
Alvin violently twisted the Demon Blade Chronicle inside the wound, then yanked it out before flipping his body through the air.
A fierce whip kick crashed down from above.
His foot slammed Hanafuda's head straight into the ground.
The earth cracked instantly.
Hanafuda's body twitched violently for a few seconds before his human beast transformation faded and he reverted back to his human form.
After that, he lay completely motionless.
Alvin's final twist of the blade had already destroyed his brain.

"Phew…" Alvin finally let out a breath after hearing the system notification.
