"Luna! Please walk carefully—you might slip!" Ria fussed beside me, gripping my arm anxiously.
I laughed softly because of her reaction. She worried too much. "Ria, I'm not going to slip," I assured her.
"Still, Luna… you need to be extra careful. Something might happen to you or the baby." She eased me down onto a bench.
We were in the vegetable and fruit garden they had once brought me to. Since then, it has become my favorite place here in the Blood Moon territory.
The air was fresh, the colors soothing, and the quiet hum of nature always helped me relax. It was a perfect place if you wanted to have peace of mind, and help you to calm down your growing anxiety.
"We're fine. You don't need to worry so much, Ria. Right, baby?" I said as I rubbed my belly. I laughed when the baby kicked back gently.
I was still caressing my stomach when a loud voice called out like something bad happened.
"Luna!"
We turned to see Felly rushing toward us, almost slipping into her own foot.
