As the people weren't getting what they wanted, they became aggressive. For some reason, they were chanting Arabella's name, saying she was the reason the King had fallen, and the rumors the King had initially stopped began to rise again.
It was like someone was fanning the flames and making sure the people remained angry, because the streets were littered with people and Arabella herself couldn't step out of the palace because of what was happening outside. Even the maids and servants inside the palace began to get hostile, because they wanted answers too.
Linda had tried her best to keep the palace in order. Seeing that she was the head maid, she was able to do that for a while, but even she couldn't control everything forever, and eventually, chaos exploded inside the palace.
