Arabella ran as fast as she could, the weight of Enzo pressing down on her as she tried to keep him steady so he wouldn't fall. Carrying him while running became a huge challenge, but she refused to stop. Her body was already exhausted from everything that had happened, yet she continued moving because she knew that stopping for too long could put both of their lives at risk.
She couldn't tell how long she had been running or how much ground she had covered, but eventually, her strength began to leave her. She was thirsty and hungry, and every part of her body ached from the journey. She needed to rest before continuing, but she didn't even know where the meeting point was or where she was supposed to wait for Linda and the others.
All she could do was pray with all her heart that they had survived.
