"Greyson. Don't fail me this time," George pleaded with his friend after they reached the hospital. Greyson placed a hand on his shoulder and gave it a slight squeeze, "Don't worry. Last time it was about my daughter. But this time there won't be any mistakes."
Then his eyes shifted to Mariana and Ruby. Mariana looked deathly pale; however, Ruby looked casual about it.
Too casual.
Greyson gave them a calm look, "Don't worry. I'll protect him with my life. I made a blunder last time, but not this time."
Ruby wanted to yawn. She knew Greyson wouldn't fail them this time. In her past life, he helped them, and they successfully kept George hidden, away from everyone's eyes.
Papa even helped them to plan Sienna's murder. He was the one who suggested killing Sienna during pregnancy, but then the bitch went into early labor, and there was a change of plans.
Mariana clutched George's arm tightly, "Are you sure this will work?" Ruby wanted to roll her eyes.
