Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: Bad Woman

"No need to say more. I saw what you were about to do just now. I know what you're thinking, but at your age right now, it's not appropriate. Understand?"

Seeing Iruka's tone soften a bit, both Sakura and "Sasuke" breathed a sigh of relief in their hearts. If he had kept that stern attitude from earlier, they really wouldn't have known what to do.

"Thank you for the reminder, Iruka-sensei. We know we were wrong."

"Since you understand, then hurry up and go. Oh right, Sasuke, stay behind for a moment."

Iruka seemed unwilling to dwell too much on this matter with the two of them. Seeing their remorseful attitude was decent, he waved his hand to signal them to leave.

"Um, Sasuke-kun, I'll head off first then." Although Sakura's heart was 100% unwilling to leave at this moment, under Iruka's gaze, she ultimately gave in. She could only leave slowly, turning back every few steps.

After Sakura completely disappeared from sight, "Iruka" suddenly let out a light laugh. The laughter was no longer the rough male voice from before, but a girl's voice.

Upon hearing this somewhat familiar laugh, "Sasuke" felt a bit puzzled at first. Before he could react, the Iruka opposite him suddenly burst into a puff of white smoke, and from within emerged a figure he was also very familiar with.

"Furina, it's actually you. Why would you do this?"

After seeing that Iruka had been Furina using the Transformation Technique to disguise herself, "Sasuke" was full of shock. Clearly, this was completely beyond his expectations.

Seeing that she had already dispelled her transformation, yet Naruto was still pretending and maintaining his own Transformation Technique and even turning the question back on her this completely reversed situation made Furina laugh in exasperation.

"I don't even know what you're still maintaining the Transformation Technique for. Your level might fool others, but you didn't really think you could fool me, did you?"

Furina didn't want to waste time her little cake was still waiting for her over there. She immediately laid things out plainly, ready to see what else Naruto had to say.

"So you saw through it, huh."

Seeing that Furina had already seen through him, Naruto could only dispel the Transformation Technique and return to his usual appearance. However, his face still carried some lingering resentment, seemingly because Furina had ruined his good plan.

"What's wrong, you're not convinced? When you do something like this, didn't you think about the consequences afterward? Later, when Sakura asks Sasuke and finds out he had no idea about this, she'll definitely realize she was deceived.

At that point, what will you do? The first person she'll suspect will definitely be you. Even if you're lucky enough not to get caught, what about the rumors and gossip that will spread because of this incident, Naruto?"

As Furina continued speaking, the resentment on Naruto's face gradually faded, replaced by guilt. Clearly, her words had made him think about things he hadn't considered before.

But Naruto's change didn't make Furina stop. Although he had recognized his mistake, she still hadn't finished what she wanted to say how could she possibly stop now?

After all, always bottling up unhappy things in your heart will make a beautiful girl turn ugly.

"I know you like Sakura, but you're not getting any response from her, so you resorted to that. But I think if you truly like someone, you wouldn't use methods that would hurt her."

Seeing Naruto lower his head after listening, too embarrassed to even look at her, Furina felt quite pleased. It seemed the little blond had been thoroughly handled by her. Even so, she still didn't stop.

"Of course, these are just my own thoughts. I also really dislike how Sakura is all pleasing and fawning toward Sasuke at school, but she hits and scolds you nonstop.

And I'm equally annoyed by your idea of turning into someone else to trick her into a kiss. But since I'm not familiar with her, I didn't interfere with her. But you, Naruto you're my friend."

This time, Furina didn't finish her sentence, but she believed he would understand the unspoken meaning. And Naruto's next words proved she was right.

"I'm sorry, Furina. I know I was wrong. From now on, I'll definitely pursue Sakura in a normal way. Please keep being my friend. I absolutely won't do that kind of thing again."

Looking at the somewhat agitated Naruto, Furina couldn't help but think to herself that maybe she had gone a bit too far. She suddenly felt like she was being so mean. Oh well, she'd be more careful in the future.

"You don't need to apologize to me you haven't done anything to wrong me. But as for Sakura, it's not really appropriate for you to apologize to her either. Maybe it's better to just keep it in your heart."

"Mm-hmm, okay, I'll listen to you."

Hearing this, Naruto agreed without a second thought. Seeing that, Furina didn't say anything more. After all, by her calculations, the shop owner should have finished making the cake by now. Right now, that was all she could think about.

"Then see you this afternoon. I still have something to do."

With that, Furina turned to leave, but before she could take a step, she stopped because of a voice coming from the other side.

"Naruto, so you were here. What exactly were you planning to do earlier by turning into my appearance?"

Hearing the voice, Furina didn't even need to think she knew it was the Uchiha clan's second young master. ε=(´ο`*))) Sigh, what a hassle. Why are there so many things? Should she just leave or should she just leave?

But before she could act on it, she noticed both Naruto and Sasuke looking at her, as if both were expecting her to say something one pleading for help, the other confused.

"Ahem, Sasuke, earlier Naruto turned into you because he wanted to do something bad. But I just stopped him."

Upon hearing this, Sasuke instinctively looked at Naruto. Seeing the other's expression was off, he knew Furina was most likely telling the truth. He then started walking toward Naruto.

Seeing the two of them about to start their love-hate entanglement, Furina chuckled mischievously, then quickly ran off, leaving the space for the two people destined to be tangled up in this life.

As for why she didn't help Naruto cover it up? Come on, you turned into Sasuke's appearance to do bad things as the victim, Sasuke naturally has the right to know.

She only said "do bad things" without specifying what exactly it was that was already tactful enough. How could she possibly cover everything up for Naruto? She wasn't his parents. Or rather, if she really were his parents, she'd definitely give him a good beating right away.

When she arrived at the shop, the owner indeed hadn't let her down he really made the cake exactly as she remembered it.

Then, while eating the cake, she watched her favorability value continuously rise due to the latest plot segment being released. It really felt so satisfying.

It could only be said that her earlier heartfelt words to Naruto hadn't been wasted. Her image was now far more three-dimensional than before. It was worth the trip.

If before, the audience liked her mostly because she was good-looking, now their liking leaned much more toward liking her as a person. You could feel it from the barrage comments.
