The different sound of medical equipment's ran in my mind,
I was hyper focused in my job,
I was in pure white with a mask in my face and googles,
I was doing a plastic surgery of a criminal,
The nurses and assistant doctor's here are all their people,
I mean, I am also involved in this dirty task,
The man in my hospital bed is a criminal charged of death penalty,
But he had a connection with those people,
He looked disgusting to me even though,

He was well-known in social media around 2-3 years ago,
I mean nobody remembers him anymore,
He was a serial killer and he was charged of heinous crimes,
He killed his victims and ate their flesh,
He was a disgusting monster,

Watching that session felt disgusting,
