Ivan looked down at his plate but he did not touch it.
In fact, he did not touch a single piece of food and his eyes kept looking at Daniel, who was currently serving another table.
Seeing his omega do this stirred a sudden urge inside him to see this place burn. He wanted to take a candle and light this place, and all the memories associated with it, to the ground.
But he could not act until Daniel was out of here and somewhere safe.
Once Daniel's safety was confirmed, then Ivan would come back here and make sure this place did not exist anymore. It was a promise he made to himself.
"Sir, are you alright? Is the food not to your liking?"
The elderly female beta tried to touch Ivan to drag his attention back, but he immediately glared at her. That told her not to do anything foolish if she wanted to keep her head.
