Chapter 4
Keifer's Perspective
The last time I was here was when Ella cheated on me.
I was heartbroken... now I'm back here again, and I'm heartbroken again...
Tiger's eyes widened when he saw me.
"Keifer? It's been a long time, why are you here?"
"Tiger, shut up, brother, just give me some peace," I said.
He looked at me as if he understood, smiled, and took my arm, leading me to the bartender.
"Give me some until I'm drunk, it's on me," Tiger said, patting me gently on the back before heading back to his office.
The bartender asked, "What do you want?"
"Give me the strongest one," I said.
He seemed confused, then nodded and gave it to me.
I choked, he gave me more, I choked again, then again and again.
I was thinking of him every time...
I wish he were here, so I wouldn't miss him so much...
I wish it were all a dream... I could close my eyes, open them, and see him beside me...
Why did you do this, Keifer! Why did you hurt him! Why, Keifer! Why! Why! Why! Whyyy!
I don't usually get drunk that quickly, but this time I got drunk after 15 shots.
I was dizzy. The bartender asked:
"Are you okay?"
No, I'm not! I'm heartbroken! I miss him so much! Damn it, I love him madly! I want to die because of what I did to him! I'm so bad, so very bad!
"I'm fine," I said.
But actually, I was never fine...
At that moment, a girl came up to me. She was very sexy.
"Hi handsome, would you like to have a drink with me?" she asked.
"No, I need some quiet," I said calmly.
He nodded understandingly and walked away.
A few minutes later, Tiger came down.
"Good job, you did as I said," he said to the bartender.
The bartender smiled and bowed his head.
"Tiger, I miss him so much," I said.
"Come to my office, let's talk after such a long time," he said, taking my arm and leading me to the office. Everything was the same, nothing had changed...
He laid me down on a chair and sat on the chair opposite me.
"Tell me," he said.
"What?"
"What do you mean, why are you here, and what happened after you broke up?" he said, laughing.
"I'm here because of him... I had to break up with him to protect him... I told him I used him, I told him I didn't love him, but I'm so in love with him, madly in love... But I can't tell anyone... Kingsground immediately came to mind... Right now I just thought drinking would make me feel better, but he's still on my mind. It's been a long time since I've been so infatuated with someone..." I said, looking into the distance.
Tiger's laughter faded after hearing this.
"Who is that?" he asked.
My queen, my everything, my life, my lady Watson, Jasper Jean Marianom, my Jayjay...
"Jayjay," I said quietly, but he heard me.
"JAYJAY?! WERE YOU AND JAYJAY IN A RELATIONSHIP?" she shouted.
"No, we couldn't be, but we were very much in love. But the boss wants to keep Jayjay away from me, so he told me to break up with him, and I had to," I said.
A tear rolled down my face... I couldn't stop it... another one... I still couldn't stop it...
"Remember that girl Yuri was crazy about... Ella... We broke up because she cheated on me, and do you know who she cheated with? Aries, Jayjay's cousin. Then, as you know, I came here and fought with Yuri, but then I left... I started a new life, or so I thought, but then Jayjay came, I fell in love with him, and not just me, Yuri fell in love with him too. She got engaged to him, but the engagement was broken off. As I said, I told her I used her, but I was in love with her. Now I'm suffering from heartbreak... I miss her so much..." I said, and I couldn't hold back my tears and started sobbing.
Tiger was seeing me cry for the first time.
He came over and hugged me...it had been a long time since I'd been so close to Tiger, and I hugged him back tightly and cried like a baby...
"Keifer," he said, "let's go, I'll take you home."
I didn't really want to go, but I agreed.
He took me downstairs and had a taxi drive me home. On the way, I only thought about him... The taxi brought me home and helped me inside. When we got inside, I saw that Keiren and Keigan weren't asleep.
"BROTHER!" they shouted and ran to me, hugging me. I hugged them back. The taxi driver left us like that and drove away.
"Brother! Where have you been until this hour?" Keiren asked.
"It's okay, Keiren, I came," I said, and we walked away without hugging. Keigan took me to my bed. He covered me with the blanket and left the room. As soon as he left, I started crying. I let out all the pain inside me, and after a while, I fell asleep from exhaustion...
