Upon hearing the news, Raizen hurried toward the delivery room.
The delivery room was located right inside his estate. He had specifically prepared it for the births of his many wives' children, and it was staffed by a specialized midwife, Dr. Miko.
When he arrived outside the room, the other women were already standing there, waiting anxiously.
"How is it going?" Raizen asked urgently.
"Don't worry, Raizen-kun. Dr. Miko is in there!" Kurenai Yuhi stepped forward to comfort him. "She has extensive experience with deliveries; nothing will go wrong." Although her eyes betrayed a hint of worry, she spoke with conviction. Even though it wasn't her child, any child of Raizen's felt like her own, and Reiko was a dear sister she lived with every day. It was impossible not to be nervous.
Raizen nodded, but his eyes remained glued to the door, praying silently for the safety of both mother and child.
From inside the room came a series of rhythmic cries.
"Push, Miss Reiko! I can see the head. Just a little more!"
Miko was positioned at the foot of the bed, monitoring the situation and offering constant encouragement. She provided clear guidance on when to strain and when to relax.
"AAAGH!" Reiko followed the instructions, giving it her all.
"It's coming... almost there!"
"Hold on, Miss Reiko! This is a natural birth—just one more big push and the baby is out!"
"AAAGH—!"
"It's out!"
Hearing Miko's voice, Reiko let out a heavy sigh of relief and collapsed against the pillows, her face pale and drenched in sweat.
Waaaaah! Waaaaah!
Miko wrapped the infant and gave its bottom a gentle pat, prompting a healthy, vigorous cry. Outside the door, Raizen and the others finally let out the breath they had been holding.

Miko was exhausted from the delivery, so Haruko took the child, wrapped him up, and brought him over to Reiko so she could see him. Looking at her son, Reiko wore a gaze of pure, motherly love.
"Quick, take him out to show Raizen-kun," Reiko said weakly. "I know he can't wait any longer."
Haruko nodded and carried the baby out.
The door swung open, and Raizen's group immediately swarmed around.
"Master, congratulations! It's a sturdy boy, and the mother is safe." Haruko gently placed the infant into Raizen's arms.
"Good... good, very good!" Holding the child, Raizen grinned like a schoolboy. Though he had become a father many times now, the joy of this specific moment never faded.
The women crowded around, faces lit with happiness. Raizen held the boy for a while before passing him to the others so they could share in the joy. Then, he stepped into the delivery room to be with Reiko.
"You worked hard, Reiko." Raizen sat by the bed and gently stroked her pale cheek.
"It wasn't hard, Raizen-kun," Reiko replied with a shy, happy smile. "Being able to have a child for you makes me very happy."
"Here, drink this. It'll help you recover quickly." Raizen produced a bottle of Papaya Nutritional Juice and held it to her lips. As she drank it, the color returned to her face at a visible speed.
"Thank you, Raizen-kun." Reiko looked at him with deep affection. Joining the Uchiha was the best decision she had ever made. If she had treated it as a mere transaction, she would have regretted it for the rest of her life. Back then, she would have lost her child to the Sarutobi clan and been sent on dangerous missions. Here, her life was peaceful, surrounded by a loving husband, her child, and kind sisters.
A few days later, another woman went into labor. This time, it was a daughter.

Raizen was thrilled. Every reward made him stronger, steadily pushing him toward the peak of the shinobi world.
Time passed quickly, and soon it was time for Reiko's son's full-month feast. Once again, Raizen hosted a grand banquet.
"Just as I thought—another feast," Shikamaru Nara muttered, hands in his pockets as he followed Shikaku into the Uchiha compound.
"I love these feasts! Uchiha's Wagyu beef is a masterpiece. It's way better than grilled pork!" Choji Akimichi's mouth was already watering, his stomach growling in anticipation.
"Choji, you've actually gained weight just coming to these Uchiha parties," Ino teased, though her eyes were also scanning the crowd for Sasuke. Seeing Sasuke-kun at his own house... is this basically a date? Her heart fluttered at the thought.
At the entrance, Raizen and Reiko were greeting guests.
"Congratulations, Raizen!" Kakashi nodded, handing over a large red envelope. He peeked at the baby and walked inside with a smile.
"Raizen, I am consumed by envy!" Might Guy cried, reluctantly handing over his own red envelope. His wallet was thinning rapidly due to these frequent celebrations.
"Hahaha, get inside, Guy! The feast is starting!" Raizen patted his shoulder.
"Congratulations, Raizen. You've added another member to our Leaf," Hiruzen Sarutobi said, arriving with the advisors and Asuma.
"It's a shared joy, Lord Hokage," Raizen smiled. "Reiko was once a Sarutobi, after all; the child carries that bloodline as well."
Asuma gave Raizen a long, complicated look before following his father inside. He truly couldn't understand what Kurenai saw in this guy. Aside from being handsome, how was he better than him?
Next came Hiashi Hyuga with a young Hinata.
"Hello, Big Brother!" Hinata waved shyly.
"Hello, little Hinata!" Raizen reached down to pat her head. Reiko lowered the baby so Hinata could see him clearly.
"The baby is so cute," Hinata whispered, her eyes sparkling.
Inside, at the Inuzuka table:
"Sis, look at Uchiha Raizen. Isn't he handsome?" Kiba Inuzuka whispered excitedly to his older sister, Hana. "You missed the last few parties, so you've gotta take a good look today!"
Hana Inuzuka glared at her brother. "Shut it, Kiba."
"I'm serious, Sis! You're single—marrying Raizen would be perfect. He's handsome, rich, and the Head of the Uchiha. You'd be the Clan Head's wife!"
Hana sneered. "Brat, don't think I don't know what you're up to. You just want me to get some of that dowry money so you can buy better dog food."
"Sis! How did you know?" Kiba gasped.
"Tch, who couldn't see through you?" Hana said dismissively.
"So? What do you think?" Kiba grinned. "Should I go tell my future brother-in-law to come over for an impromptu matchmaking session?"
"That's enough, Kiba," Tsume Inuzuka interrupted with a sharp look. "Stop being a nuisance. Who your sister likes is none of your business. You'd better focus on your grades at the Academy. If you fail the next exam, I'll hang you up by the school gates and spank you in front of everyone."
"Yes, Mom..." Kiba slumped, defeated.
As the dishes began to arrive, Hana's eyes brightened. "This atmosphere is quite unique," she admitted.
"The food here is top-tier," Tsume added. "You can't get flavors like this in any restaurant. Since it's your first time, Hana, make sure to eat your fill."
Hana took a bite of the beef and her eyes widened. "Wow... it really is delicious."
Many guests came not just for politics or the Uchiha name, but because Raizen's banquets served the best food and sake in the village.
"See, Sis?" Kiba whispered, rubbing his head. "A man who's handsome, rich, and can satisfy your appetite—who else are you looking for? Opportunity only knocks once! Don't let him slip away!"
WHACK! A heavy fist landed on Kiba's head, and a large, red bump instantly sprouted.
