"Boss Raizen is indeed a man of his word," Kakuzu said, a smile touching his face as he accepted the check.
"Business requires integrity; otherwise, there won't be a next time," Raizen replied with a chuckle.
"Does Boss Raizen have any other tasks? We're quite free and can take on missions at any time," Kakuzu said, pocketing the money and looking at Raizen expectantly.
Raizen thought for a moment. "The head of Danzo Shimura—50 million Ryo. I wonder if you two dare to enter Konoha Village and take it?"
Hearing the figure of 50 million, Kakuzu's breathing hitched slightly. This was the most expensive bounty he had ever encountered.
"Konoha's headquarters... that's a bit difficult," Kakuzu noted.
"Of course it's difficult; that's why the price is so high," Raizen laughed. "This mission is standing. Bring me Danzo's head, and the 50 million is yours."
"I've noted it," Kakuzu said in a low voice. "Danzo isn't easy to handle, especially inside Konoha. We'll have to plan this out—it would be best to lure him out for an assassination."
"I wish you success. I'll take my leave first." Raizen smiled and turned away.
"This Uchiha Raizen is incredibly bold," Hidan remarked, watching Raizen's back. "Hiring us to kill a high-ranking official like Danzo? Isn't he afraid of Danzo finding out? That guy is Konoha's top brass."
Kakuzu replied, "I don't care about his guts as long as he pays. If the price is right, anything can be done. Besides, we don't leak client info. Without rules, who would hire us?"
"Are we going now?" Hidan asked, eager to infiltrate the heart of the Leaf.
Kakuzu shook his head. "Danzo is famous and wields great power. It's not a simple assassination. We'll wait for an opportunity. For now, let's take this money back to the organization."
Three years passed in the blink of an eye. There was only one year left until Sasuke Uchiha's graduation.
In these three years, through relentless effort, Raizen had fathered 100 children.
Through system rewards, Raizen had mastered dozens of Ninjutsu. His Pupil Power had reached a terrifying level; essentially, no one could successfully use Genjutsu against him. Although his Mangekyō hadn't evolved into the Eternal Mangekyō (likely because he hadn't fathered a child with a Kage-level kunoichi yet), Raizen rarely used his Mangekyō abilities anyway. He had no intention of going blind from overuse.
However, given his current massive Pupil Power, he estimated that even frequent use wouldn't significantly impact his vision.
Konan had stayed at the Uchiha compound for three years before departing. Upon leaving, she purchased ten bottles of Papaya Nutritional Juice to take with her. Raizen wasn't surprised by her exit; the Akatsuki was likely entering its final preparation phase, and Pain would soon be mobilized. Konan needed to return to protect Nagato's true body.
His only regret was that he hadn't "captured" Konan herself. Had he fathered a child with a Kage-level expert like her, he surely would have received the Eternal Mangekyō reward.
He had been back in Konoha for four years now. Only one year remained before the start of the original Naruto timeline.
Raizen's current stats were formidable:

Despite having 77 times the chakra of Kakashi, Raizen still felt it wasn't enough. In the original series, Kakashi noted that Naruto (while suppressing the Nine-Tails) had four times his chakra, but without that suppression, Naruto had 100 times Kakashi's amount.
"As expected of the protagonist," Raizen sighed. "I've worked hard to have 100 kids, yet I still haven't surpassed Naruto's base chakra volume. If you add the Nine-Tails' chakra, the gap is even wider. I still need to work harder!"
Anko Mitarashi had also stayed at the Uchiha compound for over three years. She couldn't leave even if she wanted to—to become "bigger and more beautiful," she had consumed so much Papaya Juice that her debt to Raizen spanned decades. Unless someone paid her ransom, she was practically an Uchiha for life. She didn't seem to mind, though; she had grown a bit plump from the good life.
