"So quickly?" Camilla asked, surprised.
The nurse nodded. "They prioritized them because Dr. Elias marked the request as urgent."
Dr. Elias, who had just stepped out of the consultation room behind them, looked equally surprised. "That was faster than I expected."
"Would you like me to bring the reports to your office?" the nurse asked.
Dr. Elias shook his head. "No. Since everyone is still here, I'll review them now."
The nurse handed Dr. Elias the sealed laboratory envelope before quietly excusing herself. Without giving it much thought, he slipped a finger beneath the seal and withdrew the reports, his eyes moving methodically over the first page.
Matías leaned comfortably against Daniella's side while Adrián stood beside Camilla, both boys proudly comparing their colorful bandages and debating whose looked more heroic.
"I think dinosaurs are cooler than superheroes," Adrián declared.
Matías shook his head immediately with a response, "No way. Superheroes always win."
