As Adal soaked his body in a bath set for him by Penelope, he listened to the two women chattering downstairs as they closed up.
"Will you be staying in Antarctica with us, Penny?"
"I would love to but... I am not sure if Adal will let me."
"There you go again with that self-deprecation nonsense. Stop that Penny, you know that Adal cares about you!"
"..."
"I know he cares about me, but that doesn't mean I deserve to share a house with him. Besides, my parents want me to remain at home until I am married."
Adal found himself laughing as he dried himself and made his way downstairs, stepping between the two women.
They were both finishing off with the cleaning, still dressed in their Librarian outfits.
Adal, however, was dressed only in loose-fitting pants, and no shirt.
The woman's eyes both landed on his naked chest. Juliette blushed, whilst Penelope stared with no shame, admiring his body.
