"One more thing," Bruno said, pulling a thick cream-colored file from his jacket. "Since we are ensuring the safety of the Family today... I think it is time we discuss Don Gio's autopsy report."
The room, which had just started to relax, went dead silent again.
Don Greco's hand froze mid-air, his heavy wooden gavel hovering above the block.
Every eye present snapped back to Bruno.
"It's a Blood Session, and it's our sworn duty to ensure that all threats to La Famiglia are neutralised before those steel doors unlock."
Don Greco frowned as he lowered the gavel slowly. "What's in the file, Bruno?"
"The truth," Bruno replied, sliding the folder across the table. "I received the final coroner's report this morning," he continued, his dark eyes never leaving Mara's face. "It makes for... interesting reading."
