Holly's eyes immediately widened in surprise after hearing his explanation.
She smiled and said, "I never expected you to actually understand the meaning of that poem. It seems you are not merely obsessed with martial cultivation after all. Your literary knowledge is quite impressive as well."
"Fortunately, however, you still failed to mention the most important part."
As she spoke, she could not help laughing.
Her eyes curved into delicate crescents, and a strange, glittering light seemed to shimmer within them.
She looked at Daniel expectantly, clearly hoping that he would complete the part he had deliberately left unsaid.
Daniel could not help feeling puzzled.
"The most important part?"
"Did I overlook something?"
A thought suddenly occurred to him.
Could the important part be that she wanted him to marry her?
