"I..." Miranda Morgan froze for a moment, then denied it. "Cecilia Quincy? Cecilia Ford? What in the world are you talking about?"
Sonia Quincy stared at her, a smile that wasn't quite a smile on her face. She already had her answer from that momentary pause.
'That's right. Cecilia Quincy sent her.'
"Sister-in-law, why did you suddenly bring up Cecilia Quincy?" Evan Yates asked, confused.
'Why...'
Sonia Quincy narrowed her eyes, thinking to herself, 'Because Cecilia Quincy is the prime suspect, of course.'
'In this world, there are only three people whose interests are opposed to mine.'
'One is Cecilia Quincy, another is Ethan Lockwood, and the last one is Renee Sinclair.'
'But Renee Sinclair is my partner now. If she suddenly rounded up Miranda Morgan and her cronies to cause trouble for me, she'd gain nothing. All it would do is piss off Felix Preston and make him dislike her even more.'
