Even Nina Donovan couldn't hold it in.
She clutched her stomach and burst out laughing.
She wiped away the tears of laughter from the corners of her eyes. "You two are absolutely priceless. Evan, your dad was right when he told you to read more. It's clearly the Tyndall effect, and you come up with 'Dali Bar,' HAHAHA, you're killing me."
Evan Sinclair: "..."
Belatedly, he started to feel a little embarrassed.
He pouted. "Ahem, stop laughing. Look at you, you're losing your image. Since when do you laugh so loudly?"
Nina Donovan bent down to pick up firewood. "Why can't I laugh loudly? I'm not a zombie. Alright, let's go deliver the firewood."
The four of them gathered quite a bit.
By the time they got to the meeting spot, the others had already set up the pots and prepared the vegetables.
Jasper Sherwood went to help start the fire.
Evan Sinclair looked at the chopped vegetables. "Where are my green beans? Where are they?"
