Specifically, it will follow the strengthening of the brain cells themselves, making them more robust and effective through blood saturated with concentrated healing chakra. Dan never wanted to negatively impact his exceptionally sensitive brain cells or expose them to any uncalculated risks, especially since he understands perfectly the vital and unique importance of brain cells. They are not like muscle or skin cells that can regenerate and recover with ease. Brain cells are special and rare; they do not regenerate easily or naturally. If they die or suffer damage, the harm is often permanent and irreparable. Therefore, he is extremely cautious in dealing with them and will not gamble with them in any way.
Once Dan confirms that his brain cells have become stronger, more vibrant, and more resilient, only then will he begin implementing the next, more daring and ambitious stage of his plan. This stage will involve an attempt to create a complex and specialized network of microscopic seals for every separate and specific part of his brain. He will design these seals with extreme care, tailored to the specific role and function of each different region of the brain. The human brain is not a single, homogenous mass; rather, it is a complex organ divided into various parts and zones, each with a specific function and a special task. There are parts responsible for memory, others for movement, areas for visual perception, sections for hearing, and regions for logical reasoning, and so on.
Thus, Dan plans to establish specialized seals designed specifically for each region based on its function, so that each part of the seal perfectly enhances the specific duty of the area in which it is placed. This intricate and highly delicate work will undoubtedly span a very long period and proceed through slow, gradual, and cautious steps—part by part, region by region. This is so that Dan does not risk his entire brain at once in one massive operation that could fail and destroy everything. Even if a mistake occurs or one of the attempts fails, the damage would at least be limited to one small part of the brain; Dan might lose one specific function, perhaps, but not his entire brain and all his mental faculties at once, even though he is confident in his success rate.
Following the completion of this meticulous and careful work, a process that may take years of gradual application to all different parts of the brain one after another, the final and most important part of the plan will arrive. This final part will involve linking all the separate seals found in every different part of the brain into a single, unified, integrated, and interconnected network, so that they all work together in complete harmony and coordination. This final connection will ultimately result in the formation of one large, integrated seal covering the entire brain—a unified and powerful seal that will strengthen Dan's brain and grant him all the supernatural abilities he has planned for and desired.
However, this entire ambitious, complex, and long-term project was not merely an end in itself; rather, it was a means to achieve a much larger and more significant goal for him—one even greater than the abilities he would gain after the success of the seal. One of the primary and fundamental objectives of all this hard work on improving the brain and nervous system is to raise the level of chakra control to degrees far beyond his current level; control on a much deeper and more precise level than it is now. Dan has a clear and specific idea for the next level of the Vitality Seal technology: the legendary Fourth Level, which would be the coronation of all his work over the past long decades.
The Fourth Level is highly ambitious and extremely difficult, requiring an unbelievable and unimaginable level of chakra control at the individual cellular level—control over every single cell in the body separately and independently. Although Dan could already control his chakra at the cellular level to a certain extent, thanks to his supernatural bloodline limit and years of long training, the goal he wanted to achieve was far higher and more difficult than that. But with a massively improved and strengthened brain—a brain that functions with supernatural efficiency and incredible speed, capable of multitasking millions of duties effectively—only then does this insane goal become possible and achievable. This is precisely the real, fundamental, and most important reason for Dan's desperate need to elevate the effectiveness of his brain and nervous system to a staggering degree. Without a superhuman brain, he would never be able to apply the Fourth Level of the Vitality Seal. And this Fourth Level, if he succeeds in applying it one day, will be a massive qualitative leap in his power. It will make him far surpass even the Sage of the Six Paths or even his mother, Kaguya herself. The very essence of his life would change to a much higher and more refined level, transcending the ordinary human framework.
