This clarity of vision was one of his greatest strengths and a primary reason for his immense success with the technique.
Specifically, the next level he is seriously planning for now—the ambitious Fourth Level—which involves applying the Vitality Seal at the individual cellular level, to every single cell in his body separately and independently, had been vivid in his mind for many long years. He knows, expects, and categorically believes that this cellular level of the Vitality Seal, when he succeeds in applying it one day in the future, will increase his overall power to a staggering and breathtaking degree that defies imagination—a massive qualitative leap in every aspect of his capabilities.
Furthermore, this advanced cellular level will open many new doors and reveal hidden physical treasures that he could not access before, offering entirely new possibilities in controlling and developing his body in ways no one has ever dreamed of before. Dan believes with great confidence and based on his precise calculations that at this fourth cellular level, his personal strength will reach a stage so advanced that he will be much stronger even than Kaguya Otsutsutsuki herself, the legendary alien mother of the Sage of the Six Paths, who is considered the most powerful being in the history of this world. He might even reach the level of cosmic powers capable of manipulating entire planets.
Another important and impressive advantage is that at this advanced cellular level, he will be able to increase his expected lifespan significantly, perhaps to thousands of years or even more. This will bring him a very large step closer toward his ultimate supreme goal: true, absolute immortality. As for the "Six Paths" level of power he aspires to reach, Dan is entirely certain and possesses absolute confidence that he will reach this level of power even before he applies the cellular version of the enhanced Vitality Seal.
Simply by succeeding in the brain and nervous system enhancement technique he is working on now, it will be sufficient to make him reach the level of the Sage of the Six Paths or even surpass it. An enhanced brain will grant him supernatural control, incredible processing speed, and the ability for proactive planning. All these advantages together will make him much stronger in combat than his pure physical strength alone indicates; it will be enough to transcend even the Six Paths level.
Moreover, and this was something interesting and amazing, Dan already has a clear and specific idea of the version that will come after the cellular Vitality Seal: the Fifth Level, the most advanced and complex stage. He has a vision of what the Fifth Level could be, how it would function, and the benefits it would provide. However, he does not think about this secretly for long because it is very, very far in the future. In the present, it was not the right time to dwell on these distant and highly advanced matters, as he is still a long way from that legendary Fifth Level—centuries of time away.
Even the fourth cellular level itself is still relatively distant and requires years of hard work before it is ready for application, let alone the Fifth Level that follows it. Therefore, Dan wisely decided not to distract his mind and focus by thinking about the very distant future now. Instead, he focuses entirely on the present and the immediate steps he must take at this current time. Currently, now, at this very moment, what Dan must do practically and directly is to immediately begin applying the first phase of the brain enhancement technique he carefully planned.

He sat cross-legged in the center of the laboratory on a comfortable mat, closed his eyes slowly, and took several long, deep breaths to clear his mind, calm his nerves, and prepare himself mentally and physically for the delicate work ahead. Then he began a deep concentration on his chakra, on the Vitality Seal located in his bones and marrow. Very slowly and cautiously, he began to modify the seal slightly, changing its internal pathways and adjusting its flows. He directed the seal to focus more on the blood destined for the brain specifically, saturating it with a larger amount of healing chakra, step by small step.
Dan continued this precise work for many long hours; he was sweating from the intense concentration even though he did not move physically. Finally, after about five hours of continuous work, he finished the initial modification. Dan opened his eyes slowly, feeling obvious mental fatigue, but he also felt something else—a strange and pleasant sensation in his head, as if his brain were tingling.
