The one who carried Ashura's Chakra within the Senju Clan. Because from what Leon understood from his father's earlier explanation about their nature if the bearer of Indra's Chakra had already been born and appeared in this era then, by that same repeating pattern the bearer of Ashura's Chakra must have also been born in this same era.
They always appear together in the same time period. Bound to clash again and again.
So what Leon truly wanted and what he carefully planned was to pull both of them into a long, continuous conflict with him.
Not just a single battle. But repeated confrontations throughout their current lives.
He intended to push them constantly.to provoke them and force them to grow stronger over time to refine their abilities.
And raise their level step by step until they reached the highest point of their hidden potential.

Then he added:
"Do whatever you see fit. Enjoy the fight. Push them however you want."
After that, he slowly stepped back toward the large command tent behind them.
Leaving everything to his older brother and giving him complete freedom.
Leon stared at the two opposing armies in front of him.
The Uchiha on one side and The Senju on the other.
A wide smile spread across his face. Excitement was clear in his eyes. Because this wasn't just a normal battle. This was a long-term project.
An investment in the future. He would push them and drive them forward. Force them to grow and evolve.
And in the end they would give him the challenge he wanted. Even if only a little.
Right now he looked at them like a child who had just received his favorite toy.
