Up until now, I still had no idea what Ray's obsession was.
Since the men in his family tend to be hyperfixated over something, that meant he also had one too. Perhaps not for extreme sex like his family, but definitely related to a woman, just like his predecessors.
I had my own suspicion, of course. The fact that he refused to answer my question meant one thing:
He was ashamed to admit it.
My bet was that his obsession revolved around the woman he had a dream about. The woman that stole his heart completely, making it impossible for him to move on.
But I'd never know the identity of that woman, unfortunately. Not when Ray was so secretive about it.
I tried asking Anok about it before, but she simply said that it was too obvious, but refused to elaborate further.
I felt like I was being played left and right by these people, because I was the only clueless one in here, and I was dying for gossip.
