Lorrenz grew up well. Wherever he went, miracles seemed to follow.
His fame far surpassed his age—not because he was strong, nor because he was chosen by the gods—but because he gave people hope. Hope that this dark era would end, hope that the sun would rise again.

---
The first full moon of winter, year 1074, shone over the capital of the Great Valkyros Empire.
The city was blanketed in fog and snow, and smoke curled from nearly every chimney.
Despite the cold, the streets bustled with people, and in the background, the High Palace of the Great Valkyros Empire rose majestically, its rooftops white with snow.
Inside, the palace was warm, and today, the atmosphere was unusually lively. The reason being it was the seventh birthday of the empire's first prince.
But the star of this day was still deep in slumber, lying blissfully on his soft, fluffy bed.
The door swung open, and a maid hurried inside, clearly panicked.
"YOUR HIGHNESS, WAKE UP!" Her voice echoed across the room. Still, the boy remained unmoved, lazily opening one eye to see who dared disturb him.
Seeing no reaction, she tried again. "PLEASE WAKE UP AT ONCE! THE EMPEROR IS CALLING YOU FOR SOMETHING IMPORTANT!"
This time, Maximillian sprang up with a groan, rubbing his eyes. "Mary… why didn't you mention the important part first ?" he asked, voice loud but groggy.
"Your Highness, I… I'm sorry. But we should get you ready first. His Imperial Majesty's tone… it sounded urgent."
He made an irritated face. "Yeah, I think I know what it is… still, calling me this early, tch tch." He swung his legs off the bed, sheets falling away—and somehow, he was already fully dressed.
"When did you get dressed?" Mary asked, frowning in confusion.
"Better question, when did I change my clothes yesterday?" he said, reaching for the shoes he had neatly kept under the bed.
Mary's eyes went wide. "OH GREAT HEAVENS! You didn't change clothes last night, and you're going out wearing the same thing as yesterday?!"
"So what?" Maximillian said with a cheeky grin. "I'm busy. Thanks to my genius, we don't need to waste time changing these silly clothes. Saves my father's time too."
Mary pinched the bridge of her nose. "Your Highness… you are beyond my comprehension."
" Genius are always beyond comprehension" he made one final remark before ending this conversation.
Once ready, they left the room. Along the way, every servant, guard, and guest greeted Maximillian. He returned their bows politely, a faint smile on his face—no hint of arrogance. He had read about the French Revolution in his previous life, after all.
After what felt like hours walking the palace corridors, they finally arrived at the place his father had summoned him.
Instead of a crowd of guards or courtiers, there was only his father and the aide Marcus, standing silently before a large, dark door.
In all his seven years, this was the first time Maximillian had ventured into this part of the palace.

This is a really strong continuation—you've got **great tension, a cool reveal (Galvus), and a solid "awakening" moment**. I've improved it by fixing grammar, smoothing flow, sharpening dialogue, and making the atmosphere more immersive—while keeping your tone, ideas, and length intact.

"GOOD MORNING, FATHER!" Maximillian declared loudly, as if announcing his arrival.
"You are late on such a day. Venica may be right about that discipline training of yours," Maximus remarked .
Maximus then turned toward the door, and Marcus stepped forward to open it. Without hesitation, Maximus walked inside, and Maximillian quickly followed.
When Mary tried to step in as well, Marcus raised his hand and stopped her.
"You cannot go beyond this door. Stay here," he said firmly.
Maximillian glanced back for a brief moment, noticing the uneasy look on Mary's face, before stepping inside. Marcus followed last, closing the heavy door behind them with a dull thud.
Marcus soon moved ahead, positioning himself slightly in front of Maximus to guide and support the blind emperor, while Maximillian followed closely behind.
The corridor they entered felt ancient—older than the rest of the palace. The walls were lined with torches, their flames flickering and casting long, shifting shadows that gave the place an unsettling depth.
The deeper they went, the heavier the air felt.
Soon, the corridor opened into a vast space. It extended outward into a balcony-like structure, and before them stood a "massive metallic head". A faint, rotten stench lingered in the air, and above the head was a strange glass cylinder, glowing faintly.
Maximillian felt a chill run down his spine.
This… really feels like a final boss room , he thought.
They descended a set of stairs and stopped directly in front of the giant head.
Marcus straightened his posture and spoke in a loud, formal voice,
"ARCHPERCEPTOR ,HIS MAJESTY, THE EMPEROR, HAS ARRIVED—ACCOMPANIED BY THE FIRST PRINCE, "
For a moment, nothing happened.
Then, the sound of grinding gears echoed through the chamber.
Slowly, the giant head's eyes flickered to life. It moved—just slightly—as if awakening from a long slumber. Its gaze swept across the room, passing over Maximus and Marcus… before finally settling on Maximillian.
"Ohh, Maximus," it spoke, its voice deep and ancient, "each time I see you, you seem to grow even older."
Maximus replied calmly, "Well, not everyone is immortal like you, Archperceptor."
"Fair enough," the entity said, before shifting its attention back to Maximillian. "Is that your son?"
"Yes," Maximus answered. "He is my son, and I want you to test his aptitude."
Galvus let out a low hum. "You could have done that yourself… but if you want me to unlock his path, who am I to refuse?"
Maximus then turned towards maximus and added, almost as an afterthought, "Ah, I forgot to introduce him. This is Galvus—you may have heard of him."
"No," Maximillian replied honestly. "I haven't."
Maximus sighed lightly. "It seems no one has taught you properly about the heroes of our past. I'll have to arrange a tutor soon, or you'll grow into one of those uncultured swines. For now… just know that he is a being who has aided our empire since the time of our ancestor, Lorrenz the Great. Today, he will test your aptitude… and open the path of greatness for you."
Maximillian's heart began to race.
For years, he had tried to confirm whether anything like magic truly existed in this world. Everything he had found felt like myths or exaggerated legends.
But this… this was real.
His eyes fixed on the massive head before him—the Imperial Archperceptor, Galvus.
He straightened his posture and spoke respectfully,
"Respected Galvus, thank you… for everything you have done for us—and for the world."
He also passed his signature move of that innocent smile along with it , this move has been his most deadly weopen since reincarnation
Maximus too heard this and was about to interrupt, but before he could, Galvus burst into laughter.
"Hahahaha! You are the first to thank me in over a millennium," he said, clearly amused. "Finally… someone remembers gratitude."
At the side, both Maximus and Marcus exchanged surprised glances, unable to hide their expressions.
Maximillian but was frozen , he had carefully observed everyone ever since his reincarnation and from the voice he heard
He couldn't tell whether his weopen worked on the target or not but he decided that it wasn't time to dwell in thoughts
"Alright, boy," Galvus broke the silence and continued, his tone shifting. "Enough of that. Let us begin your awakening."
He instructed Maximillian to sit down and close his eyes.
Maximillian obeyed without hesitation, sitting cross-legged on the cold stone floor.
Moments later, a green ray of light emerged from Galvus and shot straight toward his head .
The instant it touched him—
His entire body was engulfed in a blinding white light.
The chamber fell silent.
After a few moments, the light faded.
Maximus spoke first, his voice steady but expectant.
"How is his aptitude, Archperceptor?"
There was a pause.
Galvus remained silent for a few seconds… before finally speaking in a voice full of pity .
"The lowest… I have seen in centuries."
