(GILBERT'S POV)
"You have to stop." Blue's voice was sharp. "Today. Right now. No more suppressants. No more hiding."
My stomach lurched. "Blue, I can't—"
"You can," he interrupted. "And you will. Because if you don't, you're going to die, Gilbert. And I'm not going to let that happen."
I stared at him, my heart pounding.
"But what am I supposed to do? If people find out I'm an Omega—"
"No one is going to hurt you." Blue's voice softened. "You're part of this pack. This family. My family. And I protect my family."
"Blue—"
"Listen to me." He grabbed my shoulders, his grip firm but gentle. "Right now, we need to focus on fixing your wolf. The damage is severe, but it's not irreversible. I can help you. But you have to trust me."
I swallowed hard. "How?"
Blue hesitated for a moment. Then he said, "My blood."
"What?"
