"Master Silas, another transmission," Rionne said, her voice reverberating through the ship.
Silas did not reply at first.
His eyes were fixed solely on the large screen in front of him, as if it were the only thing in existence.
The screen displayed a man shooting a bunch of cops from inside a car being driven by Asher's character.
"Pause," Silas yelled with a long gasp.
The characters on the screen stopped moving and Silas finally responded.
"Answer it."
"We are already a light year away from Earth," the man said. "You would have to join me from here on."
As the transmission was cut off, their spaceship came to a halt next to the escort ship.
Silas's face dropped slightly as he turned to look at Asher.
Asher sighed.
"We are not done with all the missions on this GRA 23," he said, staring at the screen.
As if they were about to make the greatest decision of their lives, both of them stood from their seats, pacing through the room, hands stroking their chins.
